Make this spacious home in a gated-community in the world famous Ko'olina your home away from home! This family, second story walk up town home has 3 bedrooms, two full bathrooms and is turn key with all your family needs.
The large master suite has a ensuite restroom, new pillow top medium firm King size bed, Smart TV, large walk-in closet, second closet with mirrors and a designated work space.
The second bedroom has a new pillow top medium firm King size bed, smart TV, and large mirrored closet.
The third room is perfect as a shared kids room featuring two twin beds, two desks, a smart TV and large mirrored closet.
Relax in the bright and airy living room with a 65" smart TV or cook dinner in the open concept fully equipped kitchen. The dining area has seating for all, including a foldable high chair for a young one. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room
Catch sunset on the spacious lanai. It has a large 6 seat outdoor dining table and two comfortable lounge chairs with pull out ottomans.
Spend the day at the community pool, pack up a family BBQ or end your day at the hot tub. The community centre is steps from the front door. We provide Melamine re-usable dinnerware to take to the BBQ, beach towels, cooler and wagon to pack it all up in for your beach or pool day.
Ko'olinas top rated beaches are a 15 min stroll away. Take the walking path to the near-by boutiques and restaurants or take a walk along the breathtaking costal pathway that connects you from one lagoon to the other.
