Swim in the Villa’s pool, relax in the cabanas and grill to your heart’s content. We are steps from the golf club house and Roy's Restaurant. Walking distance to a great little market, ice cream shop and casual eateries. Close to beautiful lagoons, beach activities and the marina. Be sure to make brunch reservations at the Four Seasons or Disney's Aulani.

We were fortunate enough to spend another January enjoying Kathleen’s condo. Just like the first time we stayed in 2025 we loved it!! It is so beautiful, comfortable, well maintained, close to the pool, great proximity to golf course and restaurants. You will not be disappointed choosing their home to stay in. We hope to be back again in January 2027!!! Mahalo!!

Just wanted to share with you what Pete texted me so you know he appeared satisfied as well! “Kathleen First off, thank you for allowing us to stay at your beautiful villa! Even though we left every day from 6:00am to after 6:00 pm, we truly enjoyed coming back to your place for a relaxing and comfortable evening! 🙏 We had no issues with the washer and dryer just FYI. Thanks so much for sharing all the basic kitchen items such as paper plates, paper towels, coffee, trash bags and much more! We appreciate your help with the shower and the comfortable beds are great! You have been a very gracious host and I would be happy to leave a review about our stay if you send me the information to do so! Thanks again for a wonderful stay! We will be checking out before 10:00 am if that’s OK! Many thanks 🙏 Pete”

Best stay ever in Hawaii

Words that come to mind include tremendous, pristine, exceptional, and breath-taking. The owner has created the type of paradise experience we could have ever asked for. The house was in immaculate condition, the amenities were spot on, the attention to detail was found in each space we used. It seems like nothing was left to chance which allowed us to have the kind of stay we truly hoped for while in Hawaii. The surrounding area didn't disappoint either such as the lagoons, the Marriott, Roy's, 808 Craft House, and KoOlina Golf. Thank you for making our trip so memorable.

An amazing stay!

Kathleen is the most gracious host and very respectful and responsive. This was a great place for my family and I to stay for an extended time. The property is nicely and beautifuly appointed with new appliances and thoughtful details. Kathleen even brought us a pack n play knowing that we would be bringing a one year old. The location is amazing especially if you have kids. There are the beach lagoons nearby that are safe for kids and lovely restaurants within walking distance. This complex is also gated and the grounds are beautifully kept with a great bbq and pool area. I would stay again and I highly recommend this property and Kathleen as a host.

Ko Olina Kai

We recently stayed at Kathleen’s condo. She was super easy to deal with, the condo is so comfortable, clean and had everything in it you would need. It’s in a quiet neighbourhood and about a 7 min walk to the lagoons. Close to stores & some restaurants, which makes it convenient to walk too. We would most definitely stay again. The only thing I would say, is it would be nice to have something a little more comfortable to sit on the deck for your morning coffee or evening cocktail! We would not hesitate to recommend to our friends or return ourselves.

Wonderful house 5 stars

We love our stay here. Beautiful and well appointed house. Kathleen and Scott thought of everything including pack of water bottles, brita pitcher, water gears, etc. They also gave us a little tour when checked in and show us short cuts to the beach and pool house. Everything seems very new inside the house and plenty of dishes, pots, cups, towels. We would rent with them again next time we are back in Oahu. Note that a road is closed and thus you have to go around to get to the house. So takes an extra 10 just to get out of Ko Olina. Some map app doesn’t recognize the road closure yet.

Exceptional stay/10 stars

I arrived on May 25th and stayed till June 30th; the condo felt very inviting, & everything was new & super clean. The property owners had snorkelling gear, chairs, sand toys for our daughter and an umbrella (big plus, THANK YOU). It was a short walk to the store, beaches and dining; again, EXTREMELY convenient. I was able to meet with the property owner Kathleen a week prior to my stay which made it nice to be able to see the property and go over our stay. She is a great communicator/host! (Note: I have stayed in quite a few VRBO's and by far this was my best experience yet! Kathleen's hospitality is unmatched! **Mahalo**)

Wonderful stay in beautiful Ko'Olina

Kathleen is an exceptional host and this is a beautiful property. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Hospitality: Kathleen was wonderful from the start. She came to greet us shortly after we arrived and gave us a tour of the area so we would know how to get around and could make the most of our trip. She also included a handmade welcome card and a bowl of local snacks for us to enjoy. Everything was well-prepared for our visit and Kathleen is very responsive. Location: This is a wonderful location near shopping, activities, lagoons, and resorts. There are a few restaurants nearby and a small grocery/convenience store. The lagoons are beautiful and great for families. Amenities: The community includes a nice pool area with a jacuzzi, seating, and grills. You can also purchase passes for their tennis courts and other activities. Kathleen also provided beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, snorkeling gear, sand toys, and an umbrella for our beach trips. She included everything we needed for laundry, cooking, etc. We had everything we needed for a wonderful trip. Parking advice: The only negative experience we had was with the guest parking and the tow company. We had a car get towed due to a misunderstanding. However, this is avoidable if you know you will have to use the guest parking. Just make sure you have a current pass ANY time you park in the guest parking. They come through nightly. The passes are only good for a week, so you might need more than one per stay.

The Ko Olina Kai Golf Estates is a serene, well-maintained, gated community. Yet it’s within walking distance to the beach lagoons, marina and resort activities. On the drive in, we often stop at Costco, Safeway, or Foodland for groceries. There is a wide variety of local and national eateries and stores like Target - in case you forgot to pack something.
