The bedroom features a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm) with hotel-quality bedding, as well as storage space for your personal belongings.

The bathroom is fitted with a shower, and the toilet is separate.

You can also enjoy a pleasant furnished balcony, ideal for having a coffee or relaxing after a day exploring the capital.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

Renting this apartment requires a lease signature, constituting a legal obligation to be made in parallel with the reservation. Please note that you must complete the mandatory contract signing before your check-in.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
