Apartamento excelente, muy acogedor y un trato muy agradable.

EL apartamento es muy acogedor, el trato es muy familiar agradable la limpieza excelente y con los servicios perfectos, luminoso, tranquilo. La situación es excelente para visitar Paris con todo tipo de transporte muy cerca del apartamento. En el mismo edificio hay supermercado que tiene mucha variedad de productos incluido la comida preparada y la relación calidad precio es excelente.

A lovely and spacious apartment in a great location

Karin’s studio is much larger than it appears in the photos. Check-in was very easy and Karin responded quickly whenever I contacted her.The elevator, not something commonly found in Paris apartment buildings, was great, especially for getting my luggage in and out of the building.The studio was comfortable – the air conditioning worked great, the bathroom with spacious, and the sofa and bed were very comfortable. The blackout shades on the window were great for sleeping. There was lots of space for clothing and storing my suitcases.The kitchen was well equipped. Unlike many Airbnb‘s, Karin’s studio had everything you needed for your entire stay – paper towels, toilet paper, dish soap, dishwasher, pods, and laundry detergent. The neighborhood had lots of shops and restaurants. I felt very comfortable walking around at night.The studio is great and I highly recommend it.

Very spacious, great light, pretty view, awesome bed. We loved this comfortable & wonderfully-equipped apartment. So many thoughtful details: ice tray, kitchen towels, paper towelling, espresso pods! Too many hosts don't think of those little things that change a stay from good to great. Loved the TV streaming & the big counters in the kitchen & bathroom. The location was great for us because we're walkers/metro users - it may not be in the middle of the Marais, but the neighborhoods are beautiful. Wonderful suggestions from Karin in her guestbook & she is always quick to respond & helpful. We would stay again (& hope to)!

Paris Trip

I asked the host several questions including health accommodations before my trip to help with my planning, and was told twice to look for other places if preferred. And that my questions made the host nervous. The double keys when opening the front door was tricky. The host was accommodating of my request to adjust the dates of my stay due to an entry error which the Vrbo app was unable to adjust easily.

Wonderful Location

The apartment is in a very nice location. Restaurants, small supermarkets, and pharmacies are within a 1- 5 minute walk. The apartment was clean and had plenty of dishes and cups in the cabinets. The owner even provided a list of restaurant and shops to visit while we stayed. She provided instructions on how to use the washer/dryer unit and had an extra set of keys on the table for us. If we every visit Paris again, we will definitely would stay here again.

Great space and location!

We had a few snafus but none were the fault of the owner. 1. Check-in instructions did not come through VRBO but when we reached the apartment owner quickly answered the phone and walked us through the process. 2. We woke up one morning to no water. Apparently another unit in the building had a leak in the middle of the night and they had to shut off the water to a handful of units - unfortunately we were one of them. The owner did her best to find out what was going on and when we would have the water back. She even showed up and helped get the AC back on. Overall it was a great location, a clean space and a great hub to explore the city.

Absolutely Wonderful

Could not have asked for more. Water pressure /temperature in shower was fantastic, air conditioning worked great, bed was very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. Location was lovely, we felt very safe. It was a quick and easy walk to Arc de Triomphe and eat to get G7/uber or short walk to metro. We went to Gusto Italia restaurant nearby 3 times for dinner as they made delicious cheeseless vegetable pizza for us (we are vegan). Small grocery right next door was very convenient. We will absolutely stay here again if /when we return to Paris.

Cozy Quiet Studio in 17th

Great Stay!

It was a charming property and neighborhood. There were cafes, shops, and grocery stores all around as well as short walks to the Metro. Paris sites are amazing! Would recommend.

Perfect location for tourist trip...

My wife and I spent a week at the apartment and it was PERFECT!!! I'm a big cyclist, so to learn that I was staying so close to the Arc de Triomphe and Champs was amazing!!! Walked the streets every day and the location was ideal for everything that we were looking for. We didn't ride the train for the entire week, even though it is very accessible, and walked to all the major tourist attractions and great restaurants. The apartment itself was perfect for what we needed. Cozy and small with great blackout blinds, bathroom and kitchenette made for a nice stay. Had all the amenities listed and more, and Karin was very helpful with information, directions, suggestion and timing. Found the apartment spotless and the AC was ideal for the hot summer weather. I would not only recommend this apartment but will stay there again if I return to France.

Wonderful!

I was so comfortable at this apartment. It was very clean with nice details. Quiet, too, I slept so well every night. The large window offers lots of light and a view of a tree and green area below. There are other buildings in the distance, but it feels very private. I felt safe. The location is super. Thank you Karin!

The lady that rents this is very helpfell and friendly. I have stayed there many times.

Love it and will rent it every time I return to Paris. Location is great for my uses, Metro is very near by.

Wonderful place

Karin could not have been a better host. She was friendly, hospitable and available. She was reachable at any time. Her place is beautiful and well-furnished, and it’s in a great location. I would recommend it to anyone.

New decoration in 2021, in white well located, close to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Elysees. Convenient stores are all around (food market, grocery stores and pharmacy) and restaurants with typical and also sophisticated French food. Line 1 direct to the Louvre, Marais and Bastille.
All Paris to see staying from a very quiet place with a very parisian view.
