Newly Renovated, 3 bedroom / 3 bath, Lake Front. Perfect location, steps from the Linger Longer Marina, Gazebo, Beach and the one and only Marina Cove boardwalk.

Main Level Master King suite with luxurious mattress, walk in closet, en suite bathroom with double vanity, large walk in shower rainfall shower system with body sprays.

Second King bedroom on main level, separate detached full bath.

Upstairs you will find 1 large loft bedroom, double Queen en suite bathroom with glass shower, large walk in closet and open seating. Barn doors close off double Queen suite from seating area that includes trundle twin day bed.

All new bedding, mattresses, pillows, linens, LG appliances, wall mounted smart tv's in living area and each bedroom. Large two story open family room, complete with log fireplace. Outdoor covered patio seats 6, overlooks Linger Longer Marina with long lake views, propane fire table. All new, better than the finest hotel around!

Unit has keypad entry.
Available for nightly and weekly rentals.

Other: Washer / Dryer, Alexa Echo Studio, Nespresso Coffee / Espresso machine with pods always in stock, 12-Cup Black & Decker programmable 12-cup coffee maker. WiFi, 2 iPhone charging stands in each room, hairdryers, sleep machine, Ninja Blender, Iron / Ironing board.

We cannot say enough good things about our stay. The house was warm and welcoming, the location beautiful. All the small touches mades us feel like we were home. Everything was clean and fresh for our stay. We are already planning our stay here again. When we wanted to change our stay, the host responded quickly.

Perfect Lake Retreat

This place is PERFECTION!!!! It is cozy, cute, and very comfortable! The decor is beautiful and the location is spot on! This is one of our favorite places to stay at Lake Oconee!

Luxury Lakeside Living

This unit is not only recently renovated, it was exceptionally well done with thoughtful details included for guests (wow - great toiletries)! The unit the very clean, comfortable and quiet. The view of the water near the marina provides for lots of relaxing views. Parking was easy and convenient as well. We’d definitely stay again!

Beautiful modern cottage

Beautiful, immaculate and modern with a with a Pottery Barn Store upscale feel. The hostess made herself available immediately to answer any questions. I would definitely stay here again.

Weekend with family and relaxation

This house is full of luxury, everything is newly upgraded and built for comfort. We stayed here for a wedding and all of the family fit perfectly in this home. There was even a short walk to the lake, boats and green space for the kids to run around on.

This property is perfection!

Wonderful like new property. Everything is brand new and spacious. The master shower is heavenly! Location is literally steps from the marina and beautiful walking path along the lake. Rooms are all spacious and well appointed and and beds very comfortable. Highly recommend this property!

Beautiful and serene!

We loved our stay! Beautiful home, luxurious and comfortable beds, super clean, serene location with lots of trees and the balcony overlooking the lake and marina. Caring and attentive hosts were very responsive, advised us on where to go out to eat and other activities and sent us online links, so it was very easy to plan and arrange everything. My husband and I and both of our kids (19 and 15) had a really enjoyed our time! Thank you Connie!

Wonderful Stay!

Our family had a wonderful stay at the cottage! Beautiful views, clean, freshly and nicely remodeled and lots of beds/space for our family. It was the perfect lodging arrangements for our family as we are remodeling our home and enjoying the last few days of summer as a family before our boys headed off back to college. Connie was super friendly and helpful, and prompt in her responses when we had questions. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend for owners needing overflow for visitors or for anyone who wants to experience lake life at Lake Oconee.

Amazing place!

We had such a great time at Lake Oconee! The property was immaculately clean and well stocked. Beds were amazingly comfortable! I also want to commend the owners (Connie and Ross) for being really responsive when we had questions about the property. I literally don’t want think we waited more than one minute for an answer to our questions via text. We’ll definitely be back!

Wonderful Rental!

What a great cozy, clean, and well-equipped place to stay in Reynolds! The owners were easy to contact, and gave immediate assistance to any questions. The townhome is immaculate, the kitchen had everything and more that you needed, and the beds were very comfortable. Even the bathroom towels were amazing! Great lake view from the deck and very friendly neighbors. We loved our time there and would definitely stay again. Thanks so much, Connie.

So nice better than Ritz

This is an amazing property. Everything is brand new and lovely. The view is amazing, the cute house is fully remodeled, they provide you with anything you could possibly need including bedside phone chargers and coffee pods. The owners are lovely and eager to help. This house is so nice if it was mine I would have a hard time renting it!

Masters 2023 trip

We just completed our stay at the Lakefront Cottage at Reynolds and it exceeded our expectations in every way. Recently updated, the cottage was beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the covered back porch in the evenings overlooking the lake and talking about our day. The location was perfect and just a stone's throw from numerous restaurants, a grocery store, and the Ritz-Carlton. The cottage was well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. Connie was fabulous helping us with check-in and answering questions very quickly. We will definitely return and stay here again!

Excellent!

Our family has stayed in many condos and cottages at Reynolds at Lake Oconee. This was by far the nicest remodeled unit we’ve rented. Great location to the marina, beautifully furnished and decorated and brand new! Definitely would stay here again!
