The Space -
This house was designed to allow as much, or as little interaction as you want with your fellow guests! You can have the kids play downstairs in the fully equipped basement, or have everything going on in the main living room that is open to the kitchen so everyone can feel together for your vacation.

We've stocked it with videogames, board games, pool table, darts, 2 HDTVs, 4-player fullsize arcade machine with over 16,000(!) games, brand new kitchen appliances, lots of seating areas, you might never leave the house!

Did I mention the in-home movie theater? It's roku enabled with surround sound, and even has tiered couch seating! It's pretty awesome.

Beautiful home, amazing pool and hot tub. Stayed here with 11 people, ages from 1.5 years to adults and all fit with room to spare. Communication with Scott was effortless and he was quick to reply to all messages. Would recommend! And the morning views in front of the house were incredible!

My friends and I Ju wanna say our experience was beautiful the house is amazing and I would recommend it to anyone that want to have a good time with friends and family for a vacation.. Your house was worth every penny thanks…

House was clean. Basement was amaZing for children. Plenty of space. House needs a lot of updates and bed seem full size not queen. Deck being built around pool is not safe at all for you get children and outside is not upkept. Grass needs to be cut

Hi Jamie, sorry you had a poor experience with us. The home was renovated only 3 years ago, as anyone can see by the photos. Unsure what you mean by 'needs a lot of updates'. I'd also like to point out that yes, we do in fact use queens. Lying on my listing would instantly qualify you for a refund, so I assure you that is not the case! I've never heard that complaint before. The deck is now complete, sorry for the hassle. It was however perfectly safe as we had put away construction materials and ensured it was secure. I would have been happy to have the mowers come, it had been raining all week so we did not get to it in time for you, my apologies.

Great Spot for a Ski Getaway!

We had a great time in the house and everything went about as smoothly as possible! There was plenty of room for 4 families and everything and just worked. The only updates I'd recommend would be to supply some additional cookware and utensils. For a house that sleeps 18, there was only a set of utensils for like 12-14 people, a few pots and 3 pans. We added a colander to the collection :-) If you're going to the Poconos to ski, the location is pretty much perfect! It was so conveniently located that we hit Camelback, JF/BB and Blue Mountain. IF you're going with a group. This is the spot to stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this property and would absolutely book it again. We had a group of 13 and were so impressed. The home was spacious, well-stocked, and had a layout that worked perfectly for our family. The pool and jacuzzi were big highlights — once everything was cleaned and ready, they were a great place for us to relax and spend time together.The hosts were extremely responsive, thoughtful, and easy to work with throughout the entire process. Their cleaning team and handyman were fantastic — professional, kind, and helpful when we had a few minor issues that needed attention.Like any rental, there were a few things that popped up (such as trash bins being full from the previous guests and some minor cosmetic wear around the home), but none of it took away from our ability to enjoy the space or the time we spent there. We could tell the owners genuinely care about the guest experience, and they were open to feedback and eager to make improvements.Overall, this was a great home base for our vacation. It was clean, comfortable, and full of everything we needed to create special memories with our family. We’re grateful for the hospitality and hope to return again in the future!

Poconos Ski Trip

Our group of 10 adults and 1 infant had a great time here. The host was communicative and responsive. The house itself was perfect for our group. Plenty of bedrooms that each couple had at least their own queen bed. We also had plenty of space to gather around the living room, or spread out in the basement where they had ping pong, billiards, and multiple arcade games. They also had another couch and TV in the basement in case people didn't want to watch the same thing upstairs. We also loved the endless hot water supply which is often an issue when traveling with a group as large as ours. Cooking was also easy as there was plenty of counter space and a large enough oven/stovetop. I appreciated how there was a second full size refrigerator in the laundry room hallway. We were provided with enough paper goods and trash bags for our 3 night stay, although I would recommend bringing your own aluminum foil/plastic wrap for left overs. I appreciated this place had plenty of silverware and plates/cups for everyone, unlike some other large rentals.The location was nice and quiet and close to many mountains for skiing/snowboarding. There was also other local amenities nearby which the host provided a nice list in the guide once booked. Overall we had a great time! I have received many calls and texts already from my friends how they loved the house and after many years of Poconos ski trips, we have finally found the perfect house. We will definitely be back next year!

Great stay

The property is very accurately described and upon our arrival, the house is thoroughly cleaned. Everything in the property works well, pool, hot tub, theater, arcade machine, oven, grill, etc. The kitchen is well stocked with china and utensils. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and I would recommend it to others.

I grew up in Philadelphia, and my family rented a house in the pocono mountains in my youth. I loved going up there, fishing, shooting trap, hiking, running around with my dog. Being able to now host that experience for others is a dream come true!

When I was looking for a property, I really wanted one that I and my whole family could come stay at. I also wanted a space that people were thrilled to visit, with its beautiful large windows in the living room, it's modern design, and large interior it really felt cozy and spacious at the same time.

Having my entire family there, but also having them feel like we weren't crowding each other all weekend was very important. I love that it's a very open floor plan, but there are multiple living spaces in case people want to do a noisier activity downstairs, or watch tv.

Additionally, it's nestled perfectly within the woods, hidden in a far corner where there is less traffic, it has barely a neighbor in sight.
