The return of the Pontoon
Beautiful home, roughly 2 miles from the state park. My wife, kids (18m, 9, 11) my dad, granny and fur baby all fully enjoyed our stay. I loved the open floor plan and the simple yet elegant decor truly made it feel like home. We loved everything about this home. The location, the dock for our own boat access, fenced in backyard for our fur baby, as well as the screened in back porch. We felt private even though we had lots of neighbors. We were not far from the pizza restaurant or the donut shop and ice cream place which we frequently went to each day! It was a really enjoyable relaxing week. Everything from booking to exiting was a breeze with no issues. Property manager answered any questions in a timely manner and was a pleasure to work with. The only complaint I have is the outside of the home seemed moldy and dirty. The pool
Area was nice with lots of space for everyone and a grill to cook. The pool was dirty upon arrival. The first time we got in the pools the kids found remnants from the previous stay. Hair ties, goggles, and broken pieces of plastic floats. The bottom of the pool and steps were extremely sandy and there were lots bugs and leaves. Myself and the kids who swam all got pink eye and ear infections. I truly believe it was from the bacteria in the pool.

Thank you for your review Christopher, we are so glad that you and your family had a wonderful time while visiting Cape San Blas. We are sorry to hear about the inconveniences you all experienced during your stay. We do want to note for future guests that the home has since been pressure washed to clean it up and have it looking brand new again! As for the pool, what you and your family experienced was unacceptable and not up to Cape & Coast standards. Shortly after your stay the pool vendor was released from his duties and a new vendor took their place. We have since had no issues!
We hope you and your family choose to stay with Cape & Coast again in the future!

Perfect relaxing vacation
We had a wonderful time at this property. The kitchen was very well stocked, the beds were very comfortable, the pool had full sun all day. The common area was very open and had plenty of room for our group of 6. The dock was wonderful and a great place to watch the sunrise in the mornings. Check in was easy and it wasn’t long before we were enjoying our vacation. Communication was great. We didn’t have any issues while there so we didn’t have to reach out for anything extra. I would definitely stay again!

Beautiful home on the bay
We had a wonderful time at this newly renovated home on the bay. The house is beautifully appointed, with all of the amenities desired. We loved the location- having a private dock on the bay and an easy bike ride or walk to the beach was perfect. We enjoyed watching the sunrise each morning from the porches. Even with the cooler weather, we were able to enjoy the pool one day and also used the firepit a couple of the evenings. Friendly neighbors and pleasant workmen were around at times but never a disturbance- nice and quiet. We would love to stay here again in the future!
