Beautiful Beachfront Condo overlooking the ocean and the pool!

Come see our gorgeous designer interior one bedroom condo. Condo is located on the white sands beach of Sandestin. Patio overlooks the beach and pool and is within walking distance to a beachfront restaurant. The primary room has 1 king, living room has 2 sleeper chairs that open to twin beds and one sleeper sofa that can sleep 2. Beachside II offers private beach access, a gulf front pool, an on-site fitness center and covered parking. This unit is a must see to believe.

PLEASE NOTE: Our pool at Beachside II is under construction. We will still have access to several pools in the resort. Our walkway to the beach will be closed intermittently as well, however we do have access to a walkway that is directly adjacent to our building which leads to the beach, pool, restaurants etc. Also note there may be times of intermittent construction noises due to the reconstruction of the pool and patio area. Please notice our rates have been adjusted to offer lower rates during this construction period. Please keep in mind the beach and sand is still as amazing as ever!

Summer Dream Vacation

Beautiful clean, modern, and comfortable unit. It has fantastic views from everywhere. It is great just being able to go downstairs and being so close to the beach. Parking was always easy. Management company was extremely nice and accommodating. Will definitely return!

Great place to stay

We enjoyed staying in this unit. It was updated, clean, and easy to access. It was right on the beach so the view was pretty. Loved waking up to the ocean outside of the bedroom window. Would stay here again. Owner was helpful when I had questions.

We loved our visit!!

Everything was perfect, from the ease of booking, the condo to my boyfriend locking us out . The owners were nothing but professional and comforting. The condo was fantastic!! It was clean, and the views were amazing!!! Thank you for making our first trip here absolutely perfect 🥰 we will return here

Great property, but needed essentials

This was a great property. Very clean and beautifully decorated. It has a great view of a beautiful beach. It needed some kitchen essentials but overall, I highly recommend it! Positives - 1. The king bed was very comfortable and the overall cleanliness, decor, and setup of the rental were excellent. 2. It was very convenient having 3 pullout beds. 3. Great location and the covered parking made our vehicle much cooler to get into in the afternoons. 4. Great beach just steps away with easy access. They had chairs and an umbrella, which were very nice to have. 5. Management is very responsive, friendly, and helpful when needed. Negatives 1. The electronic keypad was difficult to get set up to get into the property the first time. It took me 45 minutes to get it right and into the property (mostly my fault, but still not easy). Once it was set up, it was very easy. 2. There were almost no essentials in the kitchen - no paper towels, sponges or materials for cleaning dishes, dish soap (there were 2 dishwasher pods), no extra trash bags, or hot pads. It was helpful that Walmart was less than 10 minutes away. We made three trips to get essentials that we hadn’t thought about when preparing meals. It did have everything we needed with regard to pots, pans, and kitchen utensils. 3. The elevator was consistently full. There were numerous occasions when we waited 5-10 minutes and couldn’t get on overcrowded elevators. We usually had a bunch of stuff heading to the beach (as did many others), so it was difficult to find room at times. Not a huge deal and not the owner’s fault, just something to note.

Miramar beachside view condo

Condo was amazing. Location was ideal. Just go downstairs and outside to entry to beach or pool. Close to stores and places to eat. My wife found a few dirty things, fridge still has other fingerprints from previous guests, towel was stained, sand in dryer. Other than that, highly reccomend. And owner was very quick to respond to any questions I had. Great communication.

Best vacation ever.

I cannot say enough great things about this property. The owner is so helpful and accessible. The property was absolutely spotless, cleanest place we've ever stayed. The property itself was immaculate, the pool was crystal clear daily and the foyers/elevator are the cleanest ever! I'm never vacationing any where else again! We will be returning here the first chance we get.

My family had the pleasure of staying here and the condo and location were amazing!

The process was very smooth and communication with owner was excellent from check-in to checkout. The view from balcony along with master bedroom was beautiful! We enjoyed the stay so much and look forward to booking again in the future.

Great little one bedroom condo, easy beach access and beautiful surrounding property.

We had a minor issue accessing the condo when we arrived. The door has a unique key pad, Mary was very helpful walking us through it. We enjoyed our stay!

Perfect Beach View Vacation Rental

My husband and I had a wonderful time on our honeymoon getaway. Christy the owner is very responsive, kind, and great to deal with. This property is perfect. The view is breathtaking. You wake up and are looking at the beach from laying in bed and if you are in the living room there is still a great view of the beach as well. This condo is stocked with all of your necessities and is very clean. We will definitely be back. We cannot recommend this place enough.
