Enjoy stunning beach and sunset views from this spacious and newly updated condo in Beachside One. Located on the 11th floor, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit offers all the comforts of home with a touch of luxury.

Primary Suite: The master bedroom features a king-size bed and a completely remodeled en-suite bathroom with granite countertops, modern lighting, and a large walk-in shower. Wake up to panoramic views of the Gulf and step right onto the balcony. You'll also find a HDTV with Blu-ray player and a large walk-in closet with a convenient luggage rack.

Second Bedroom & Bath: The second bedroom includes two twin beds, a HDTV with Blu-ray player, and a spacious closet with a luggage rack and ironing board. The second bathroom has also been recently updated, featuring a new shower/tub combo, granite counters, and modern lighting.

Living Area: Relax in the bright and open living room with ample seating, a Queen sleeper sofa, a HDTV with Blu-ray player, and free Wi-Fi. Perfect for movie nights or just lounging after a day at the beach.

Kitchen & Dining: The fully equipped kitchen comes with everything you need for family meals—pots, pans, utensils, dishes, coffee maker, blender, and other small appliances. The large dining table is great for both meals and game nights.

Beachside One offers guests Wi-Fi, a fitness center, BBQ grills, and a seasonally-heated pool and hot tub. The Village at Baytowne Wharf provides dining options ranging from fine dining to casual fare, while Grand Boulevard offers entertainment and shopping. Great property and great service!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This condo was amazing! Everything was super clean and matched what I saw online. I found the communication from the vacation rental company exactly what I was looking for, providing me with the information I needed when I needed it. I would definitely recommend this company and vacation in Sandestin to any family looking for a lot at their fingertips. We were right on the beach and next to tons of beach activities like a water obstacle course, beachside restaurant, and more! While the beaches at the condos to the left and right of us seemed to be super crowded, Beachside I looks like a smaller condo, meaning less crowded beaches. We will be coming back!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time staying at Beachside One and definitely won’t be the last. I’ve already booked another trip here for the end of summer. Couldn’t ask for a better view or a closer location to the beach. If you like a short walk to the beach, this is the spot for you. The condo was well furnished and everything was perfect. The water heater is small, so you have to conserve and space out showers amongst family members, but as long as you know and plan for it, it isn’t a problem.

Great property and location

Great condo. Great location. Property was well equipped. A little worn in some areas but a very comfortable spot. The condo has plenty of beach accessories included but having to bring a stack of our own beach towels was a little bulky and inconvenient. We had some wristband issues but were able to get it resolved pretty quickly with onsite property management. Owner is very responsive.

The best!

This is our third vacation in this condo, and it never disappoints! It’s always very clean and the view from the balcony is unbeatable. The teenagers love the putt putt course, basketball, and pickle ball courts. We will be back!

Perfect Location

I booked a last minute trip for my family and ut was the perfect weekend getaway. Great views, great location, good communication with the owner. I always love visiting Destin and would definitely choose this place in the future.

We have been coming to Sandestin for 15 years and this is the best condo we have stayed in at Beachside 1. Spacious, well appointed, and an amazing view!

Second time staying- we love it!

This was our second time staying in this unit and we love it! Beachside One is a little gem in Sandestin. The view and beach cannot be beat! We love the pool and easy access to everything. This condo is clean, all the beach gear you need is provided, beds are comfy. Owners are very quick to respond to questions and very accommodating! We’re already looking forward to returning next year!

Great view!

Convenient to beach, restaurants and activities. Everyone on the property were very nice. First night was cold and bed only had a blanket. No extra blankets and no comforters as shown in pictures. Carpet in bedrooms is worn out. There is a very strong scent of Gain detergent so if you have allergies to smells bring your own sheets and towels. I tried with buying detergent free and clear of scent and could not get the scent out of the towels and sheets.

This property was nice. An older property but in good shape. Our unit we rented was fine for the 2 night stay. The living room furniture was very uncomfortable. The beds were very comfortable. The weather was nice, so we weren’t in the unit much. If staying for longer than 2 nights, I wouldn’t rent this unit again. The manager was nice and very helpful.

Spring Break

We enjoyed our trip! Property was just as advertised, clean and the view from the balcony was fantastic. This property has it all with a new pool area and hot tub, workout room and easy beach access. Owners were very responsive and helpful. We will return to this property for sure!

Everything was perfect. This was our first condo stay vs a house. The pool wasn’t overly crowded and the beach area is only for the residents of the resort so there was plenty of room. Perfect location also. Very clean and amazing views. Will definitely stay at this location again.

Spectacular in sandestin

This property is exactly as pictured. The pool and beach are just a short elevator ride away. The security made me feel so safe while traveling with 3 teenagers. We will definitely be back to stay here again!

Wonderful!

We enjoyed our stay very much. The condo was clean and comfortable with an amazing view, pool and beach access. The kitchen is amazingly stocked with all cooking needs. We would definitely stay here again.

A Great Vacation

The Sandestin Resort was wonderful! The condo had wonderful views and many comforts. The owners were quick to respond to texts. The frig wasn't cooling when we got there on Monday night and they had someone out the next morning to repair. The security of the resort was awesome. Our only complaint would have been the supplies left in the guest shower by the previous tenant that wasn't removed. Our week was relaxing and very enjoyable! Our 3 year old granddaughter truly enjoyed the pool.
