Perfect Location & Beautiful Property

Centrally located to all of our planned activities (Ogunquit, Kennebunk, Kennebunkport, Biddeford) this was a great pick. Located across the street from the local High School, we were able to get our walk in every morning around the school property before starting our adventures. The kitchen provided us with all of the necessary equipment to make our planned meals...bonus was finding out that there was a cooktop for our pasta! Overall great experience...would book again

Our stay in Maine

The place was absolutely adorable! It was squeaky clean, and they had every single item in there you would ever need for a pleasant stay. The host, and her daughter, were wonderful to work with and communicate with. They greeted us with a lovely gift from their store they have, and welcomed us with open arms. I highly recommend this place to stay if you want to have a central location to check out the area!

A Cozy Gem with a Thoughtful Host in Kennebunk

We couldn’t have asked for a more welcoming and comfortable stay than we had at this beautiful studio in Kennebunk. The space itself was spotless, serene, and thoughtfully prepared—especially appreciated during record-breaking heat, when we arrived to find the air conditioning already on and the studio refreshingly cool.What truly made our visit exceptional, though, was our host, Debbie. Her attentiveness and kindness went far beyond expectations. Knowing my husband had some medical concerns, she thoughtfully offered a wheelchair and checked in regularly. When I came down with a bad cold, she surprised us with homemade chicken noodle soup—complete with bread and a sprinkle of Parmesan. It was a gesture I won’t forget.Despite not feeling our best during this trip, we felt completely cared for and at ease. This studio isn't just a lovely rental—it's a place that feels like home. We absolutely plan to return when we’re ready for a do-over vacation, hopefully feeling more like ourselves!

Ideal Summer Rental in Kennebunk!

This beautiful little studio offered everything we needed for a week of exploring the Southern Maine coast. Convenient to the towns, beaches, and lighthouses in the area. Debbie is a warm and generous host. We would stay again if we are back in the area.

June Vacation

Loved it!! Before my wife and I even left for our vacation, Debbie had informed us on what to expect. The location was perfect and close to everything. Debbie made sure everything was taken care of so my spouse and I could enjoy ourselves. Debbie left us a list of where to shop, attractions to see and even a personalized note welcoming us. I could not say enough about this place and appreciated everything Debbie had done to make sure our stay went well.

Exceeded our expectations.Best VRBO we have stayed in.

Outstanding host. This lovely studio was clean, comfortable and had many amenities. The location is premium for visiting Southern Maine. Debbie exceeded our needs, making us feel at home, even like we were family. We loved how clean the studio is, the comfortable bed, the nice bathroom, and the kitchen had everything we needed. The outdoor shower was great for rinsing off after a walk on the beach. Fond memories were made. We will be back.

Cozy and comfortable

Clean and well-equipped cottage perfect for two persons. Double-sized bed works well for average-sized people. Easy access to towns of Kennebunk/Kennebunkport and the I-93 highway. Beautiful beaches.

Perfect Cozy Studio

Perfect for a getaway for “just the two of you”! While the studio was “cozy” it had everything we needed for a visit to one of our favorite places! Close to both Kennebunk and Kennebunkport as well as the myriad of beaches available. Would definitely stay here again!

Fourth of July trip

Second time we stayed at this cute studio apartment. Very clean and nicely decorated with everything we needed. Good location for our visit with family in the area. Cooked breakfast there but ate other meals out. No issues while we were there. Look forward to staying there again.

Nick and Debbie are the owner/operators of Maine-ly Drizzle- located at 2 Ocean Avenue in Kennebunkport, ME and 100b Perkins Cove Road, Ogunquit ME. They have extensive training in the art of pairing oil and vinegar with your favorite foods. Nick and Debbie have been together for over 35 years, both were brought up in Massachusetts. Nick was in sales for a number of years; he enjoys meeting new people, experimenting in the kitchen and sharing his passion for culinary creations. Debbie spent over 30 years working for large corporations where her drive and intensity led her to become a leader among her peers. In 2013 they decided to combine their passion, drive and intensity and found a business opportunity that was unique and perfect for them; Maine-ly Drizzle was born. In their spare time Debbie and Nick enjoy spending time on Goose Rocks Beach where they are almost never without a guest to cook for. They also enjoy traveling, reading and most of all spending quality time with their family; two children and six grandchildren

We found this beautiful property when looking to reinvest funds from the sale of an apartment building in Massachusetts. Our goal was to be able to manage all aspects of rental while being close to home. As well as we wanted to offer vacation options for folks wanting to enjoy our beautiful state.
