Robin was awesome she responded to any question right away the place looked just like the pictures! It was very clean and cozy! I hope to be back next year and would definitely stay here again, we loved our stay in Kennebunkport!

The pictures do not do justice to the charm and comfort of this amazing place. We were welcomed with an early check-in and a gift bag from Robin, who was the sweetest, kindest host we have ever experienced. It really shows when someone loves what they do and put their all into it. Everything about this place was perfect for our weekend getaway, close to Dock Square but far enough away for peaceful evening by a campfire. If we are back in the area, we’ll want to stay here again for sure!
Ultra comfortable queen size bed (not pictured is the TV on the chest in front of the bed).
Private, serene view into the wooded area out back.
Nice sitting area with a door that opens overlooking the back patio.
Reading nook with a comfy futon.

Nice space. Bedroom on second floor above the kitchen. Outdoor patio space is very nice as indicated by the photo. You can’t go wrong in kennebunkport. Food is excellent, easy drive to Portland and Freeport

Robin is the best hostess...so pleasant and accommodating and we loved the place. Everything was so clean and presentable and spacious. Beautiful view from the back windows of the bedroom...and just a cozy and pleasant place to stay. We plan to return!

Kennebunkport Holiday

We had a very nice, four-day holiday in Kennebunkport. This apartment is attached to the main house but has its own entrance and semi-private patio with a great barbecue. The kitchen has most everything you’ll need to cook your own meals. Robin, our host, was very accommodating and genuinely nice. She gave us restaurant recommendations and even turned us on to her secret “lobster Guy” if you want cooked lobster take-out. Then she provided all the plates, bowls, nut-crackers, and tiny forks you need to eat the lobster. Additionally, there were beach chairs, sun umbrellas and toys to use at the local beaches. If we’re ever back in the Kennebunkport area, we’ll be sure to call on Robin again.

Best place in town!

This cottage has it all! Robin has thought of everything when it comes to making guests feel at home. Very clean with a cozy reading nook and memory foam bed. We loved coming back to the serene patio with fire pit after a day of sightseeing around the area. We were celebrating our anniversary and Robin even went above and beyond and so thoughtfully left us a bottle of wine and treats. There was an arrangement of her fresh cut garden flowers in a vase on the patio. If we ever visit this area in the future, we will most definitely book here again! Close to Dock Square where there are great shops, restaurants & the First Chance whale and lobster cruises. We were pressed for time so chose the shorter lobster cruise and it was so much fun! Robin gave us recommendations for things to do and places to eat, which were all wonderful! Alisson’s, the Clam Shack, Mornings in Paris and Mabel’s for food, Big Daddy’s for ice cream. Goose Rocks Beach, Walker’s Point. There is so much to see! Loved our stay in Kennebunkport!

Wonderful stay!

We loved out stay in Robin's home! Her joy in hosting really showed. The apartment was filled with information about Maine, games, and activities. She had instructions listed for everything you might have questions about. She also made our 6 year old son feel incredibly welcome. She put out shells for us to color on day one, and on the second, she put out a play pond filled with rubber ducks! There is a lovely patio with a fire pit, and she supplied marshmallow roasting sticks for us to use. Overall, an incredible stay!Regarding sleeping arrangements, there's a Queen size bed, a pull out couch, and a day bed. The queen is comfortable, but the other two are not, so keep that in mind! If you're traveling as a family, make the kids sleep on the day bed and pullout couch :)

So Lovely

Beautifully appointed, beautiful Maine! Robin is such a thoughtful host - went above and beyond to make us feel at home. We could have hung at the house and been so content - the charming space Robin has created competed with all we wanted to do in Maine! Inside and out -so thoughtfully appointed and just perfect! Daughter walked into town from house - little too far for us but the drive to center KPT is a snap- and venturing to nearby beaches and sights was truly pleasurable. Don’t sleep on the driving range (Hillcrest golf) just outside of town. So glad we popped in!! Thanks for a great stay Robin!

Wonderful stay!

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Robin’s home. The little welcome touches were lovely. We enjoyed building a fire and playing a few competitive rounds of Yahtzee next to it. It was such a close distance to town! We’d love to stay here again :) oh and we absolutely loved the heated bathroom!

Nice little vacation spot

Robin’s rental is a perfect little spot super close to everything. Was visiting the area for a wedding and so glad I found Robins rental.

Incredible week!

We had an amazing time at Robin’s rental! Everything was just as described and so delightful. She left us some welcoming gifts that were most appreciated after a long day in the car. If we had any questions she answered them for us right away. The property is an easy 10 minute car ride to everything - the beach, downtown KPT, and Bradbury Brothers Market. We cannot wait to return again soon. Thank you so much!

Great short stay close to harbor

Nice accommodation connected to main house in quiet neighborhood just 1/2 mile from Kennebunkport harbor. We biked right from the property and walked into town each evening for dinner. AC in the bedroom was appreciated!

The Best!

What a lovely property. Beautiful, peaceful neighborhood within walking distance of town, and wonderful accommodations--spacious, cute and comfortably furnished, immaculate--so much more than we could have anticipated. Robin is a fabulous host--no detail was overlooked and we were touched by the beautiful card and lovely note and welcome gifts that greeted us. It was the perfect start to our fabulous vacation in Maine!

Great choice for Kennebunkport stay

Although our stay in Kennebunkport was brief (only 2 days), Robin's home proved to be a great option, one that I would highly recommend. The location is a nice, quiet neighborhood about a mile or less from downtown shops and restaurants, even less to the municipal lot which is convenient and easier than battling traffic and parking in town at peak times. The unit is quite nice, comfortable and inviting. Robin provided clear communications regarding the property, access, etc., and was a most welcoming host, going above and beyond with helpful information and thoughtful local treats. All in, a very favorable experience, and we wouldn't hesitate to reconnect with Robin when next in the Kennebunkport area.
