Best Of My Love is a grand estate that is the perfect vacation spot for large family gatherings. With abundant entertainment options, fourteen en-suites, and amenities that allow for plenty of outdoor and indoor recreation, everyone will be sure to have a fun and relaxing getaway in the OBX. Awesome ocean views from the great room, dining space for everyone, and the chefs in your group will love the upscale, expansive kitchen with a six-burner gas stove, two ovens, and a butler's pantry.
The pub, rec room, and theater room will offer great indoor activities and for outdoor fun head to the pool area where you can float in the pool (pool heat can be added for an additional fee), relax in two hot tubs and a cabana that offers a sitting area, full-sized refrigerator to keep snacks and beverages close by and a cooktop. The elevator access makes it easy to move from each level and bring in groceries and luggage. Take advantage of the spacious decks to catch some rays and gaze at the ocean and enjoy the salty air and ocean breeze.

NCDOT operates three stormwater ocean outfalls in the Town of Kill Devil Hills. These stormwater outfalls were installed in the early 1960s. They allow rainwater to drain away from the lower areas between the highways of U.S. 158 and N.C. 12, which assists with flood prevention. (See photo gallery) The town recommends not swimming within 200 ft of this pipe.The North Carolina Department of Environmental Quality regularly monitors the outfall sites and collects water samples to ensure there are no contaminants that would threaten human or marine life.
Beach Access: Convenient private access to the beach from house. Wooden walkway with private gazebo directly behind house.

Advance Year Bookings: Accepts Bookings more than 51 Weeks in Advance: This home accepts future year reservations more than 51 weeks in advance. Current year guests are not offered first right of refusal.
No Smoking/Vaping. No Pets. Private pools open Easter through Columbus Day.
Heated pools are available Week Prior to Easter through Memorial Day and Labor Day Week through Mid-October.
Pools are set at a comfortable 78-80 degrees during the heated season. Please note that for optimal performance, outside temperatures must remain around 60 degrees or warmer. Various weather conditions such as wind speed and direction can affect the heat performance.

All reservations are offered to purchase travel insurance for an additional 7.75% of your rent and taxes. Please refer to the rental agreement you will be signing to accept or decline this coverage as your refund in the time of cancellation will be dependent on your acceptance in most situations. All guests must sign and return a rental agreement before reservations are confirmed. Payment for travel insurance, if accepted, will be processed upon receipt of this signed agreement.
Standard cancellation policy is: CANCELLATION POLICY and SUBSTITUTIONS - Any changes, including changing dates, switching of properties, or complete cancellations will invoke the cancellation policy. Agent recommends all Renters purchase travel insurance offered at time of booking to protect them in the event of an unexpected event affecting their vacation. Agent cannot offer future credits or immediate refunds for unexpected cancellations due to emergencies regardless of the situation, including but not limited to weather events and acts of God, unexpected illnesses, injury or death, changing of plans, or job loss. Please do not ask. All cancellations are subject to a fifty dollar ($50.00) cancellation fee. Cancellations must be submitted to Agent in writing (email is acceptable). In the event of cancellation, no refund of monies paid will be made unless the Property is re-rented for the same price and time period of this original vacation rental agreement. If the Property is re-rented for a lesser price or time period, the original Tenant will receive a refund for the difference between the originally agreed upon rental amount and the rebooked rental amount as Owner is entitled to receive the full amount of the original rental agreement. Agent will make every effort to re-rent the Property at the full amount. Tenant acknowledges that Agent has full discretion on negotiating rental rates in an effort to get the Property re-rented and make the Owner whole, while also attempting to get the Tenant the highest refund possible.
