This home is located at Laketown Wharf and is centrally located to dining, shopping, and the beach. Very Nice Condo

Overall I would stay here again. The check in process (with the property itself) is very confusing and the elevator issue is just that… an issue. Once the rush of check in was over it calmed down and elevators were much more accessible! It’s a very convenient location and the walk across the street to the beach is no more then what it is on some beach front condos. The condo was clean and very spacious! We had a great trip overall!

The check-in process at this property was the worst I've ever experienced. It was incredibly long and only one person working the desk during peak check in time. The condo could use a deep clean and the couch was broken when we arrived. Also, the 10th floor heated pool was drained and not able to be used. Over all, the condo was as pictured and was spacious. The condo had been basically cleaned, but did need a deep clean. Also, the air conditioning in this unit was extremely loud.

Not as expected

This property had beautiful views and the price was perfect on VRBO. However, upon arrival you’ll have to pay for parking passes and wristbands ( this was not included on the site) for another $103 ( even though the confirmation says they’ll be in the condo upon arrival). The couch was broken so we couldn’t sit on it without leaning to one side and the floors were not swept clean upon arrival. We ended up sweeping and getting a Swiffer to clean the floors. The views from the condo were great and the beds were comfortable. However the rooms smelled like smoke so we also lysoled and febreeze the space. Otherwise, it was fine.

Unacceptable

The king bed in 2nd bedroom, broken and on a sheet of plywood, headboard loose against wall. Keurig, broken; couch in living room, broken. Bathroom towels, dirty and I found 1 completely shredded. 2nd bedroom remote control, missing buttons and unusable. The cabinets in the bathroom looked like greasy fingers tried to open them.

Fantastic Condo and Location!

The unit is clean and recently refreshed. The kitchen was well equipped, including a normal coffee maker in addition to the Keurig. Plenty of bowls, cups, silverware, etc. Beds were comfortable and Wi-Fi was strong and without issues. Plenty of bath towels as well - not all units have enough. Washer and dryer were full size and looked pretty new. They worked great. I really liked the amount of counter space in the kitchen and the size of the living area and master bedroom. If one needed to set up the pull out couch or an inflatable bed you would not be tripping over one another. There is also plenty of room to store numerous suitcases in the walk in closet. One of the shelves in the cabinet near the bunk beds was broken, but it wasn't a big deal. We could not hear noise from other units and it was spring break with people on either side - unit was quiet. The hot tubs are large, which was nice as a few days were chilly. Not all pools are heated, but the large pool on the ground floor is. There were plenty of lounge chairs around the pool as well - I always found one. The walk to the beach is super, super easy. There is a cross-walk and the street isn't that wide so it almost seems as though you are right on the beach. No beach chairs or beach toys in the unit - bring your own. The on-site restaurants were convenient and our children found plenty to eat. Having Walmart right across the street was fantastic. Lots of restaurants around as well. Garage had plenty of parking and carts to help with the unloading process were available at the front desk (just provide an ID to check one out). I like facing the lake as it was peaceful. Because the balcony faces east it only gets morning sun, which was awesome. We ate lunch and dinner at the table outside and then everyone read outside in the evenings. Units facing the ocean would not be afforded the luxury of not baking in the sun all day. Kids approved and for the first time asked to return the same exact unit should we hit up PCB again.

Great condo, great price

Clean condo, plenty of room, the only thing is the elevators take forever. Took us 3 hours to unload our car into the condo. But that has nothing to do with Vacasa or the condo owner, that’s Laketown Wharf in itself. Vacasa called to make sure we got in the room and we’re very kind our entire stay. Perfect spot!
