This unit has all the conveniences of home - including free WiFi, cable TV, a fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms, brand new stainless steel appliances and a washer and dryer among much more. The balcony has stunning Gulf Views. Walk out the front door to find lake and amazing views of Panama City Beach. Great place, location, host

Beautiful property, 5th floor is easily accessible without elevators. Host was very reachable and very responsive. Would definitely book again.

First Laketown Wharf is our favorite Condos we've been booking there since 2018 & never had any complaints outside of the Elevators which are Horrible during the summer. So this trip on 6/26/26 we booked unit 504 listed as "2 Bedrooms" & It's a lower floor & right by the stairs easier access than those higher units. Also we book 2 bedrooms because we have 4 kids. ... We get in, do our walk through and it's NOT 2 bedrooms. It's 1 bedroom with Bunkbeds behind a wall by the bathroom. Not an actual Bedroom with a TV and Space. And no pull out couch in the living room. 1 chair at the kitchen not 2 like the photo shows, and there's an Old broken torn up chair sitting on the balcony that's not in the balcony photo that should be thrown away. Why leave it there? 2nd bathroom drawer has long strands of hair in it & in the living room the rug has hair in it like it hasn't been cleaned plus the Vacuum in the closet doesn't work at all. ...Next issue was it took forever to cool the unit. After bringing everything in from the outside heat and unpacking it was hot and miserable even at night the kids were hot And uncomfortable. We were there 4 days. It was OK around the 2nd night. It was pretty much the lack of space and cleanliness. The parking pass took maybe a minute because everything was already done so I just gave my name. Normally I'd book the same unit again because we're coming back before school starts but this one just wasn't like our usual booking.

Just right

The location was perfect. Just high enough for some views and just low enough to not have to fight elevators. We will definitely be back. The host was quick with responses and very accommodating.

My older kids 19 and 20 stayed in this unit, while we stayed in a nearby unit at the Wharf. We had no complaints. The location and area was pefect.

Great place to stay

We loved our stay and Sirish as an owner was awesome. We had no issues and the owner checked in on how we were doing. The condo was very clean and everything we needed was right there. If I had a question about the condo or the Wharf, I had a response within minutes. We’ve made many trips to Florida and this condo was the best we have had.

Laketown Wharf Resort

The Condo 504 was nice, clean and comfortable. The owner responded promptly to my every message. I only had to send one about WiFi but that was my fault for not looking over the welcome package like I should have. As far as the resort. We hated the fact that we could not get elevators because they were so crowded, not enough elevators for the amount of people at the resort. We mostly had to use stairs, luckily we were just on the 5th floor. It got very old trying to get everything up and down. We Loved the pool across from the Lobby, the light/music show was okay every night but music needed to be a little louder but that’s probably the only good things I can say we liked about the resort.

Laketown Wharf

Beautiful property elevators are extremely slow wait times can be 20 minutes. Food and shops on property are Awesome. Lots of college kids so if you are a family might not want to stay here.

Great Resort Location

Very clean quiet condo with many attractions within walking distance. Condo is in quiet corner of large complex. Great ocean view, beautiful beach multiple pools, fitness room and many dining options available on premises. This is a very family friendly resort. Owner was very responsive to any questions we had. Enjoyed our stay.

Superbly clean, spacious property

This is probably the best property we have stayed in, in PCB. The property is only a short walk across the street to the beautiful beaches, spacious, and immaculately clean.
