Welcome to your dream lake vacation experience. Overlooking 800 acre Mill Creek Lake, this one-of-a kind contemporary lake retreat boasts a two-slip boat dock, jet ski lift, and Tiki Bar. That's right a TIKI BAR on the water. Bring your boat, jet ski, bike, and fishing and hunting gear, or just pack a bag and prepare for complete relaxation. The 1600 sq.ft. open living room/kitchen provides space for gathering around the large granite island, sharing a meal at the 10-person dining table, and enjoying the lake views year round. In this Midwest paradise your group will enjoy a master bedroom with marble en-suite on the main floor and two large bedrooms plus full bath in the walkout basement. The kid oriented basement includes complete toy room, tree with a tree swing, fort, rock wall, reading nook and twisty slide. An upstairs loft provides additional sleeping quarters with gorgeous views of the lake and surrounding woods. There is an office space with high speed internet in the loft. Outdoor living space includes wrap-around deck with dining table and two separate lounge areas, a large yard, charcoal grill, and a Hot Springs hot tub sunken in the deck off of the master bedroom. From a monthly stay to a three-day weekend, this will be your group’s new happy place.
Kayaks or Canoes are available through Clark County Park District. The fee is $15 per day during your stay. Just one mile away is the renowned Faye Pickering Mountain Bike Trails. I will attach information on your reservation welcome packet.
In order to maintain this dream space: NO SMOKING, No large parties, unsupervised groups, drugs, fireworks, discharging firearms, and animals are not permitted. Groups that don't follows these rules will be asked to leave will be asked to leave without a refund.
