Villa Tiffany ~ NEW 2025 Renovations!

REINTRODUCING Villa Tiffany! After almost 3 years of renovations, this beloved villa is ready to welcome you for a Caribbean vacation.

Come visit Villa Tiffany, the most awe inspiring views! Experience the brand new renovations from top to bottom, as well as Tesla solar to keep you comfortable during outages.

The villa features three king ensuite bedrooms. The primary bedroom is connected to the spacious kitchen and living area of the main building. Exit through the sliding glass doors to make your way across the new pool deck and redone pool to reach the second suite situated in it's own building. Your own private mountaintop setting with tiled pool and pergola with a grill for outdoor dining. Sliding glass doors span two of the walls, allowing in plenty of light and views across the Caribbean. Follow the exterior staircase to reach the lower level bedroom. Here you will find a king bed and a twin loft bed. There is a full bathroom with an indoor shower connected.

Each bedroom is equipped with AC units so you can stay cool at night. Sliding glass doors allow you to take in the constant trade winds. Two of the three bathrooms have your choice of either an indoor or an outdoor shower. The large kitchen with an island bar and seating as well as the large dining room table are great for entertaining. This property is perfect for families or couples. The lush landscape offers multiple fruiting trees for you to pick from ~ feel free to enjoy! With its central location, you are only 10 minutes from Salt Pond and the Ram's Head Hike or 15 minutes the other direction to reach North Shore or East End.

A vehicle with 4WD is a must for Villa Tiffany - part of the island adventure!

Life can be slowly savored at Villa Tiffany ~ morning coffee on the decks, a rum and tonic by the pool in the tropical sun or a canopy of a million stars at night. The sights and sounds of nature, the boats gently moving along Drakes Channel, truly a special place on the island of St. John. 180 degree views from Coral Bay to all the British Virgin Islands will mesmerize you.

Villa Tiffany was everything we wanted on St John. We've been coming down for over forty years and this is definitely a favorite! Erica and Rosanne took care of us wonderfully!

Stunning Views

We celebrated a 40th birthday and a wedding on our trip and the villa couldn’t have been a better spot to do so! While the trek up to the house is a little scary, once up there, you will not be disappointed! The house was amazing! Layout was perfect and the best part were the outdoor showers! Thank you for a wonderful stay !

Perfection!

Looks fabulous in the pictures and looks better in real life. Everything was wonderful. The owners spared no expense on furnishings and accessories and the bed was super comfortable. If you go, make note of the gorgeous, handmade sconces all around the property. I am hoping to get a couple for our Florida home! Coral Bay is the quiet side and we love it. PS this home is extremely privately located which was nice.

This was my 6th trip tp St John, and by far the nicest home I've stayed in. The communication and level and customer service with the property management team was the best. Theres not one thing that I would have changed about our stay and we'er already planing our return visit.

Vacation

Overall great place to spend one week on vacation. Once you embrace the challenge of the drive to access the house, you fully enjoy this spacious and very comfortable home. The view, is amazing and very soothing at anytime during the day. The pool is great, the outdoor showers are very pleasant. Couple comments: Curtains on the window of each room would be welcome, a ironing board is missing. Having the basic necessities provided such as sugar, vinegar, oil would be appreciated. We will recommend this place for sure.

Peaceful & Serene

The property bathes you in relaxation. Extremely private and away from it all. Every amenity is available, so we really enjoyed our quiet time on property after long days at the beach. The owner was very thoughtful in providing coolers, beach chairs, beach towels, blenders, working grill, adequate patio furniture, etc. Truly exceptional property and very gracious host.

Wow!

What a wonderful house and location! We had an awesome time, and the property managers were incredibly responsive. The description and photographs do not do it justice. As others have said - the driveway is not for the faint of heart!

What vacation dreams are made of.

This house and views are exactly as described and what others say in their reviews. We had an avsolute magnificant stay at Villa Tiffany. My husband, his brother and wife and I couldn't have imagined a better vacation. The Antares team was excellent in every way imaginable. For starters, they provided easy instructions to follow in order to get from the airport in St Thomas to Cruz Bay on St Johns and then driving directions to meet up with the host in Coral Bay. Katherine was an absolute joy to meet and learn from as a host. Kelsey did everything in her power to ensure our stay was stress free. Erika kept in continue communication throughout our stay and lastly, Annette set up the most amazing birthday sunset private cruise and dinner reservations at The Terrace with excellent food. Everyone in our party enjoyed the day immensely. We look forward to returning soon. Thank you Antares team for am unforgettable 50th Birthday and overall awesome vacation at Villa Tiffany. Oh and btw bone of the pictures does this house justice. We could not take it all in within the week we were there.

Slice of heaven

My husband and I choose Villa Tiffany on St. John for our honeymoon and couldn’t have imagined a more perfect trip. The view seems almost unreal, I swore I died and was in heaven!! Check in process was easy and even had all of our food for the week delivered right to the fridge and waiting for us! Pool/hot tub are very nice to relax in after a day in the sun. Can’t wait to go back with a group of friends!

This was our second time staying, the first being shortly after the property was built in 2010. It was just as nice as before and did not disappoint! After 4 trips in 15 years, this is our favorite place to stay on St. John.

Had an amazing time in SJ again. Everything went smooth and the place was great. Only issue was the Corona virus made us a little uneasy and by the end of the week places were only open for carryout. But it was time to go anyway. Feel bad that SJ has to deal with this issue and well, just another reason to go back soon and support!! till then!

Amazing Stay at Villa Tiffany

Our family had the most amazing time staying at Villa Tiffany. The property is beautifully appointed, extremely clean and perfectly functional. There is privacy between each of the bedrooms which was great for us. Check in and check out process was seamless. Also, thank you to Mike who helped us navigate the driveway when we arrived!. Thank you to all of the Villa Tiffany staff for facilitating such an amazing vacation for our family! We definitely will be back!

Incredible!!!

Million dollar plus view! The house provides everything needed to have an awesome vacation and then there’s the view that is so good, it’s hard to leave the deck to go explore the island. We would highly recommend to anyone staying here for sure! Adventurous drive up the the villa, but well worth it!!! Sure hope it’s available for next trip!

Villa Tiffany

This experience was Paradise. The property was just as described and the the view is indescribable!! The 5 of us had plenty of private space and plenty of places to get together. We spent most of our time outside as it was hard to leave that great deck and the view. If we ever have the chance to visit St John again, Villa Tiffany will be at the top of our list.

Quiet In Paradise

We were looking for great views and somewhere away from the hustle and bustle of busy season in Cruz Bay. Villa Tiffany was everything we could hope for. Make sure to rent a 4 wheel drive vehicle and then prepare to sit back and relax at this pristine villa.

Beautiful vacation home!!!

We absolutely loved Villa Tiffany and hope to return some day! The Villa is lovely and has everything you could need. The view is heaven on earth and we loved the solitude. The ride up the hill an adventure! Coral Bay is a neat place. We loved the beaches so much and exploring the island in our Jeep was fun. The pool at the Villa could use a heater since it is in shade all day at least at this time of year. Hot tub was awesome. We had a wonderful vacation! Kelsey and Holly from Antares made everything go smoothly!

25th Anniversary Trip

This was our 2nd stay at Villa Tiffany. Last year we brought our boys, but this year we decided to return just by ourselves for our 25th Anniversary. The views in the morning from the deck were just as spectacular as we remembered. The property management (Kelsey) was very informative through the whole process leading all the way up to meeting us in Coral Bay. Look forward to our return visit to Coral Bay, St. John USVI.

Amazing Views + Great House

We absolutely loved our stay here! The views are incredible, definitely worth the drive up to get here. We spent a lot of time by the pool and loved that everyone had their own separate living quarters. Kitchen was great and stocked perfectly to cook most of our meals at home. We can’t wait to come back!
