The Space:
Heron’s Haven is an elegantly decorated coastal condo located on the bayside of the beautiful Sandestin Golf and Beach Resort.  It is a newly remodeled ground-floor 2-bedroom unit with a screened porch and an expansive view of the bay, Jolee Island and the Sandestin Marina. 

Updated throughout, this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom will create a relaxing and restful atmosphere while taking in bountiful views of the resort’s Horseshoe Bayou and Baytowne Marina all from the screened back porch.

Take the golf cart through the resort’s tunnel and arrive at the beach in just under 5 minutes or enjoy the Choctawhatchee Bay for water activities and great views.  On the beachside, bask in the beautiful Florida sunshine.  Enjoy the sugar sand beaches and emerald green waters of the Gulf of Mexico.  On the bayside, add in a dash of live music, exceptional dining options, enjoy a cold beverage, and watch the boats in the marina. 

Stop by one of two community pools available to you with your rental.  Take a swim and refresh.

The master bedroom has a king-size bed, wall mounted T.V., en suite bathroom and beautiful views of the marsh areas surrounding Horseshoe Bayou.  The guest bedroom has a queen-size bed and access to a shared, full bathroom. 

The main living area, kitchen and breakfast nook are all situated within an open floor plan.  The updated kitchen includes coordinated stainless-steel appliances and durable granite countertops.  There is plenty of room for storage and meal prep and is fully stocked for all your kitchen needs. 

The dining area seats four and offers views to the bayou.  The larger living space offers a sofa, wall mounted T.V., and breakfast bar that seats four.

Be sure not to miss The Village of Baytowne Wharf and its year-round activities.  Live music, outdoor movies, festivals and nightlife are always happening!

Our stay was great! The condo was one of the cleanest I’ve ever stayed in. We got a flat tire in the cart and they took care of it so quickly we were impressed! We would absolutely come back and stay here!

July 4th summer beach trip

It was a great location. We loved watching the sunsets on the golf course and the beach location was great. All of our favorite restaurants are in the area and we love the shopping too! The only bad thing was the people in the unit above us were loud…. So, next time we might stay in the other unit.

We were in town for a wedding and Heron Walk was centrally located to everything: the wedding venue, grocery, restaurants and entertainment. The pictures are spot on and it's a very nice, clean, comfortable condo. The manager communicated everything in a timely manner and we had zero issues. We loved having the golf cart included and used it throughout our stay since all the amenities were so convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

In addition, the condo was beautiful, very nicely appointed and the beds super comfortable. We’ll be back!

Perfect Sandestin Vacation

We’ve stayed at multiple properties on the Sandestin resort property over the last several years and this was by far our favorite! The unit was literally spotless upon arrival, the cleanest we’ve ever stayed in! The space was perfect for my husband, daughter, and I. The kitchen had everything we needed to make simple meals at home during our stay. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the area was quiet during our entire stay. We loved the beach chairs and umbrella available in the outdoor closet and the provided golf cart made getting around the resort, to the beach, to the pool, and to dinner so easy! By far our favorite thing about the unit was the screened in porch that overlooks the marsh and marina. My husband and I enjoyed coffee each morning there as we watched the sunrise. It was a perfect serene location for us to start each day. We plan to only book through Beach Bums for future visits to Sandestin!

Great, comfortable unit with a great view

We’ve stayed in several properties in Sandestin, and this is one of our favorites so far! Very clean, well-equipped, and comfortable place. We loved the screened-in porch and the beautiful view. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms were nice enough. The golf cart was a plus even though it’s a pretty slow one! But it still got us around and we are always thankful for a golf cart in Sandestin. The property manager was terrific as well. Would stay here again.

Fabulous

This is our 6th year coming to Sandestin, and we were very happy with this condo and location. Great view of the bay and enjoyed watching the Osprey right out our backyard! The condo was clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our stay. The beds were very comfortable and the golf cart worked well! We will be back! Ted & Cindy

The only complaint I have is that the internet didn’t work the entire time I was there, nor did the cable box in the living room. I had to spend time during my vacation taking to both the internet company and the cable company. This is not something you won’t to deal with while on vacation. Besides that, this is a great rental property.
