Beachside One 4104, un condominio frente al mar bellamente decorado es la respuesta a su búsqueda de un disfrute perfecto de sus vacaciones. Sofá nuevo, silla nueva, alfombra nueva, belleza agregada este verano! Las fotos aún no se han subido. Este condominio junto a la playa I en el décimo piso cuenta con 1177 pies cuadrados, combinando un entorno elegante, un entorno tranquilo y vistas inmejorables del golfo l Ubicado en el resort de primera clase en Sandestin, al ingresar a la unidad, apreciará su singularidad al darse cuenta de que esto brindará mucho más que una galleta. Experiencia con el cortador.

Próximamente se mostrarán nuevas fotos que muestran un nuevo sofá, una nueva silla, una nueva alfombra y nuevas persianas en el segundo dormitorio.

4104 Beachside I tiene 2 habitaciones, ambas con camas king size; 2 ba��os completos, uno con ducha a ras de suelo y la otra combinación de bañera / ducha.

Junto a la playa Acabo de pasar por una actualización exterior con un hermoso aspecto de lobby y todos los balcones renovados. La piscina con jacuzzi, las parrillas para disfrutar frente a la piscina y el camino privado a la playa terminan la receta para unas vacaciones perfectas.

Gran piscina, jacuzzi, zona para tomar el sol. Parrillas para barbacoa y mesas de pícnic disponibles fuera del área de la piscina (primer servicio) y puerta privada a la playa.

A great 10th floor condo looking out on to a beautiful beach and stunning emerald waters. Loved being able to walk right out the doors of the building to the nice pool and hot tub and then just a few more steps to the stunning beach and ocean. We used the tram twice and met 4 very nice drivers that love their job. We voted this the top vacation spot and we have been to many. We will definitely come back. Communication was excellent with the property manager.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have stayed in these condo complex before, and like the area. Condo was clean and meet our expectations for location, needs and beautiful ocean view. There were a few things that need to be addressed. The master bedroom bed in way too soft and needs to be up graded. We end up sl in the second bedroom because of the mushy soft bed. Which took away from enjoying the beautiful sunrise beach view. The Masters bath room shower door lock is tacky. The shelf in the master closet is broken and a heavy item fell in my foot and is a danger of hurting others. Condo needs a little TLC, maintenance.

It was amazing. This was our first time going to Florida and very first family vacation as a single mom of 4 teenagers. We loved it already planning to go back.. Mrs. Bette was amazing as well. Always tended to our needs if something was wrong.

Great Stay in Every Way!

The condo and additional resort amenities were both excellent! The condo was spotless, decor was fresh and welcoming, view from the 10th floor balcony was fabulous,easy access to the gorgeous beach. Great restaurants and attractions within easy driving distance. We highly recommend this property and will be booking again.

Perfect beach access & view!

The condo was perfect for our needs as a family of 5. The pool and beach were highlights. The condo was clean and had a handful of kitchen essentials. Washer and dryer are small but just what you need on vacation.Bring your own beach toys, beach blanket, wagon, umbrella…there are two small chairs. Next time I would bring my own. Or it would be a great addition to the property to add some nice beach items!

Communication was great. Entry was a breeze. Short drive to everything including restaurants and shopping. Cal, a resident of condo, spoke highly of the property including the security guard.

AMAZING STAY

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our first family trip to Destin and it was wonderful. Our condo was 5-stars. The ocean view from the balcony and bedroom was unmatched. We woke up every morning and were able to see dolphins play in the water. The condo was spacious, clean, and cold. We loved the location at Miramar Beach and enjoyed the shuttle that picked us up at the lobby doors to go to the Wharf. The beach is for condo residents only so there was never a problem with chairs, places to set up, or crowded beach areas. The property manager, Bette, was available leading up to and during our stay and was able to answer so many questions for us from shuttle times to where to find the best Key Lime pie (which was at Donut Hole - outstanding). She is fabulous. The kids were excited to find boogie boards, sand toys, and floats in the condo that could be used for the beach as well as a couple of lounge chairs that we took down so that we didn't have to pay for a chair set up. Our favorite dinner was at the Ocean Club which is literally a block away from the entrance gates of Sandestin Resort. They had live music and a great "local" vibe that was different than the fun beach restaurants that we visited for lunch each day. Crab Island is a must if you want to chill and relax. The kids found crabs and the people watching is great. We will definitely visit again and will stay at this same property.

Great view. Great location everything went well. The only thing I wish they would have done was to let us know there was an ice machine on the property. The ice maker in the refrigerator in the condo was super slow making ice. Not for a coolers but for drinks in the condo.
