Recently remodeled architect designed mother-in-law apartment nestled between Fremont & Wallingford. Our listing has been specifically designed with you comfort in mind. The sound isolated light-filled space combines the necessities like contact-free access, well equipped kitchen, free street parking and high-speed mesh internet with luxuries like quality sheets, premium mattresses and heated floors.
The 1100sf apartment is located on the lower level of our classic Seattle Craftsman home and includes 3 bedrooms, 2 bathroom and a large open-plan living/dining/kitchen space. You will enjoy 8’+ ceilings, large windows and toasty warm floors in winter.

ACCESS AND SECURITY Access to the apartment is through the dedicated guest entry room with keypad door locks.
LAUNDRY FACILITIES Full size washer, dryer, iron, ironing board and all necessary cleaning and laundry supplies (tide pods, bounce dryer sheets, stain removers etc) are provided in the apartment.
GETTING AROUND Free street parking is available, on most days immediately in front of the apartment. Both Wallingford and Fremont are walkers paradises, easily accessible on foot, bike or scooter.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE For bookings of 5 weeks and longer we offer an optional complimentary monthly basic cleaning service. This includes bathroom tiles, vanity, mirror & toilets; kitchen counters, backsplash & sink; and sweeping / mopping the floor. Additional cleaning services are available at cost.
Guests are required to maintain a respectful level of cleanliness throughout their stay. Cleaning products are provided for your use.
HOUSE FACTS >>Originally built in 1918, this house was extensively remodelled in 2020-21. We purchased this home (our first) in 2017 - a classic 1918 Seattle Craftsman. Over the next years we designed and executed a massive remodel which included lifting the house 20" to make a generous light filled space for our guests in what had previously been the basement. We have stayed true to the character and charm of the original 100 year old house, while updating the features and amenities to meet the needs and desires of a modern traveler. Your hosts live upstairs in a separate dwelling unit.
