Le Gaimont is a small estate comprising a main house and its outbuildings arranged in terraces, various rooms on several levels, a large Italian-style garden, and a large, heated, and secure swimming pool.
The property offers 7 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, accommodating up to 14 guests.

All areas of the property have high-speed internet access.

The main house is laid out as follows:

Ground floor:

- Entrance hall
- Cloakroom
- Two living rooms, one with a multi-channel TV
- Dining room with fireplace
- Master bedroom: Queen-size bed (160x200 cm), sitting area, and large en-suite bathroom (bathtub, walk-in shower)
- Fully equipped kitchen: La Cornue gas range, microwave, dishwasher, coffee makers (filter and Nespresso), refrigerator/freezer, kettle, toaster, basic necessities…
- Patio adjoining the kitchen with garden furniture
- Games room under a rock ceiling connected to the house
- Utility room: Washing machine, tumble dryer
- Separate WC

First floor:
The entire floor is air-conditioned with individual controls for each room. - The West Wing - 2-bedroom suite: 1 bedroom with a king-size bed, 1 bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with bathtub, separate WC

- The South Wing - 2-bedroom suite: 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed, 1 library with a sofa bed, shower room with WC, dressing room

The outbuildings, with direct access from the garden, are comprised as follows:

The Turret
- Ground floor: small, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, ceramic hob, refrigerator, freezer, washing machine, and dryer, very convenient for the garden and pool area
- First floor via an external staircase: 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed, open-plan shower room with walk-in shower, separate WC

The Orangery
- on the same level as the garden, it offers a large dining room carved into the rock with a bar, sink, and dishwasher

The accommodations in the rock, on the terrace overlooking the estate, are accessible via an external staircase Stone House
- 1 Bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), open-plan bathroom with bathtub, separate WC
- 1 Independent studio with a king-size bed, a sofa bed, open-plan bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower and WC, bar with kitchenette

Outdoors
- The Renaissance-inspired terraced gardens offer different areas and atmospheres. The outdoor furniture is perfect for meals and relaxing.

- Heated 13x6m swimming pool, open from April to September, with an electric cover.

- Private parking with 5 spaces in front of the property, and 3 more spaces available inside the walls
- Not included in the Airbnb rental, but available for an additional fee: the former stone reception cellars offer a vast 300m² space for receptions, exhibitions, concerts, cultural, social, or festive events. Price upon request.

The rate includes bed linens and beds made upon arrival, towels, and cleaning upon departure. Please bring your own pool towels.
A small grocery store, toiletries, and cleaning supplies are provided to help you get started during your stay.
Gaimont is not suitable for people with reduced mobility due to stairs and elevated access.
All areas of the estate are temperature-controlled year-round: central heating in the main house and orangery, underfloor heating in the rock, air conditioning on the first floor of the house in summer, and a heat pump for the pool. Enjoy the most modern and comfortable amenities in an 18th-century setting.
