A prime location 1.5 MILES TO BEACH in the center of all the best Fort Lauderdale/Las Olas area has to offer!! This is a very cool townhouse with a gorgeous private salt water pool, large yard, spacious modern interior, and parking for 4 (which is rare in this location). From the moment you start getting near this property you will feel how wonderful the walkable area is. You may not even want to venture anywhere else with a car! There are so many bars, restaurants and shops just a block away (but not on top of so you can enjoy the place also)! The Fort Lauderdale beach front is only a mile and a half as well.
As soon as you enter the property you will find a beautiful view to the pool and a modern kitchen with a large island on your left, To your right is a bright bedroom with 2 twin beds that can accommodate adults or children. The first floor modern bathroom is also on your right just before stepping into the artsy living, dining and bar area. The living room has a large screen tv and the dining area seats 6 with additional seating at the bar area. The queen bedroom on this floor has a great desk area and a wonderful dressing room.
A large washer and dryer are also located in a separate room on the first floor. The primary bedroom area sits loft style on the second floor accessible by a beautiful spiral iron staircase. The bedroom offers a king bed, lots of drawer space and an en-suite bathroom.
The private outside is a large wonderful space to enjoy with family and friends. Take a refreshing dip in the beautiful salt water pool surrounded by lush landscaping with outdoor dining.
Get ready to have so much fun with so many choices or just relax, chill and do nothing by the pool...THAT'S WHAT VACATIONS SHOULD BE!

We had an amazing stay! The location is perfect just a short walk to Las Olas Boulevard with plenty of restaurants, shops, and nightlife. The property was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described. The pool area was a highlight, perfect for relaxing after a day out. Check-in was smooth, parking was convenient, and the Wi-Fi worked great throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed the comfort and charm of this place and would happily stay here again!

Amazing Location. Responsive Host.

Overall, the property is conveniently located steps from Las Olas Boulevard for those looking to take in and enjoy the local restaurants and shops. Grace was very accommodating letting us check in a few hours early and was quick to respond to any questions. Most things in the unit functioned and there were ample towels. I’m giving this 4-stars because overall I think more could be done to make for a more positive customer experience. First, I got a sense of defensiveness from Grace when asking about the warmth of the pool or lack of hot tub. I also see this defensiveness in replies to the reviews of other guests. That’s not how you deliver an amazing customer experience. Just take the feedback. On that note, I do think it needs to be clearer that the unit does NOT have a functioning hot tub. It was clearly designed to have one, but It doesn’t really function. Also, there were a number of small things such as a broken soap and shampoo dispenser in the shower. The provided toiletries weren’t all that great. The linens also felt a bit cheap. This is a solid 4-star experience, but to give it an a higher review wouldn’t be fair to other hosts who provide a more elevated experience.

Anniversary

We stayed a 5 nights. The place was nice and clean. Check in was simple. Pretty close to everything on las olas. We used the Circuit transport everywhere. Plenty of towels and extra rooms. Unfortunately it rained a lot while we were there. The only negatives I would say is that the surrounding neighborhood is pretty loud with lots of construction and the hotel/ motel next door gets pretty loud. The pool was nice but due to the palm trees there were always leaves and bugs in the pool falling off the tree. Also if your going to layout by the pool, the neighbors in the apartment make it a little awkward since they can just look down on you from the balcony. The trees don’t block the second story view. Other than those minor things, I would stay again.

Perfect House & Location

The house was perfect for our stay in FLL; 6 adults and 1 infant. Plenty of room for everyone. One block off of Las Olas, plenty of parking, house was clean and had everything we needed. Grace the property manager was more than helpful throughout the booking process and while we were there. Quick responses and very helpful. Would absolutely stay here again.

Great parking is hard to come by downtown and this property has plenty even for large vehicles. The home has such a great vibe to it as well with its modern eclectic decor, wood ceilings and large loft bedroom and bath.
