Wifi, new smart TVs, granite kitchen with italian stove, tumbled marble bathroom with jacuzzi tub or relax in new hot tub on the deck. Situated on a private lot with pond with fountain, you have all you need for a perfect getaway! We are minutes from the ocean, Abenaqui Golf Course, Fuller Gardens in Little Boars Head.

Fabulous place to stay! Spacious, quiet, comfortable, great amentities. Had a great New England vacation with my family using this as our base of operations. Secluded and private, immaculately clean and furnished. We spend most of our time in the great room with a fabulouse kitchen at one end (high end appliances and two tiered marble island) with a sitting area in the middle with large screen TV and high top table for games at the other end. We also spend a lot of time out on the decks which are beautiful. Each bedroom has a private bath (master bath looks like a day spa!) And, the host put out all kinds of treats for us! Beautiful spot for a family vacation. We will be back! Thanks Denise!

Fabulous stay!

Really loved everything about the house. Lots of space and it’s such a huge plus to have each bedroom have its own bathroom if you’re traveling with others. The yard is spacious, the hot tub works, and you’re surrounded by woods with even deer in the yard in the morning! Really loved our stay and hope to go back!

Great location close to beach and Fuller Gardens. Home provided various sitting areas inside and out and recreation room downstairs for tabletennis to accommodate our family gathering.

Fragrance-Free house was a huge win for me

I live in New Mexico but had to go to a wedding in Portsmouth. I am an environmentally ill chemically sensitive person that finds it extremely difficult, and often impossible to find lodgings that are fragrance free and don't use offensive cleaning products. I contacted Denise the host many months before the wedding and she offered to make the house fragrance free for me. She asked me questions about laundry and cleaning products and checked with me when she wasn't sure. I was nervous but need not have been. She did an amazing job and it was a huge relief to me to be able to stay in her lovely home without getting sick or triggered by cleaning or laundry products. Denise was incredibly easy to work with and made the whole interaction and stay a pleasure.

Absolutely Wonderful House!

We loved our stay at this house. The house was beautiful, spotless, and had everything you could need. Lots of space to relax inside and outside on the deck with the hot tub. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful, yet close to many amenities. We loved our early morning walks to the ocean. Denise was also very responsive and we appreciated the welcome tray full of goodies waiting for us. We definitely hope to return! Can't say enough about this property!

Beautiful stay in Seacoast NH!

My husband, mom, and toddler and I stayed at this property and absolutely loved it. The house is immaculately and seems to be recently renovated - everything felt very 'new' and clean! There is a ton of space for relaxing, a beautiful & large kitchen if you want to cook meals at home, sitting areas, etc... The location is absolutely terrific! You can enjoy the most scenic drives through North Hampton, Rye, Hampton Falls, etc... We would spend the mornings at the beach in Rye (~1-2 min drive to Ocean Blvd), then within 20 minutes be doing a trail walk in the woods, or within 20 minutes be at a farm in Hampton Falls or Amesbury MA, or within 25-30 minutes an afternoon in Newburyport MA. The versatility of the area is absolutely terrific for a family trip!

Excellent stay.

Our family have had a wonderful stay at the Old Locke home. It was in a beautiful quiet neighborhood. You felt secluded even though it was close enough to the beach for that early morning walk. There was plenty of rooms and space if we needed to work or play. I would definitely book this again.

Nice spot, great hpuse

The house was spotless large and very comfortable. Kitchen was really well provisions in terms of pots pans etc. and air-conditioning was very comfortable. There were many spaces to sit outside which was great as the sun moved around the house we could move from porch or to the outside. Denise was incredibly responsive and very very welcoming. Location is good the neighborhood is lovely to walk around and it’s a short walk to the beach.
