*For Reservations over 30 days- Security Deposit/Refundable is Required.
-Cleaning charge is $500. Per month.
A cleaning person will be required to enter and clean the property once a week.
-Maintenance people will be on the property as needed throughout stay. When needed to enter the property tenants will be notified.
This contemporary home offers many amenities including a large outdoor patio, hot tub and cooking area with outdoor bar.
This home is completley the guests space-except for the garage and the utility /storage room.
If guests need assistance I will be there when contacted. Please let us know if you need anything special on your arrival or during your stay-we want you to have a FABulous stay!!
Close to the beach, downtown Hampton-as well as major Highways.
Parking-there is plenty of off street parking at the house. A wide driveway with a turn-around. Close to the beach, downtown and major highways as well.

Please no smoking-or incense of any kind-strict policy-owner health risk. NO in fireplace-flue is closed will be a fire!!!! Only outside in fire pit/fire tables allowed. Dogs-not on furniture!!!! Please make sure you take animals outside and scoop/bag poop!!
