Spend the day soaking up the sun on the beach (public access down the street) or enjoy a day of golf or many local activities. In the evening relax and enjoy grilling and a beverage on the patio. Or cook up meals in the full kitchen or visit one of the many local restaurants nearby.

Full kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, blender, and toaster oven.
Parking notes: There are two vehicles allowed per reservation. Additional parking is available in the area. There is one pool pass provided per reservation. If the pass is lost or not returned to the townhouse at check-out, there will be an automatic fee of $100.00 billed to the guest. Motorcycles, boats, trailers, RVs, campers, scooters are not allowed on the property at any time and will be towed by the HOA.

This is a smoke-free townhouse. No smoking or vaping of any kind no exceptions
There is a washer and dryer in the unit that you may use.
Bath towels and sheets are provided.

Damage fee: $79.00
The Damage Fee covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
Damage Fee eliminates the “damage deposit” or a traditional security deposit.
