Beautiful beach cottage at family- friendly Wrightsville Beach, NC. Just a short 5 minute walk to ocean and within walking distance to Johnny Mercer's pier and restaurants. The Wrightsville Beach Loop is only a hop skip and jump away for all you fitness gurus who want to get your exercise on during your vacay!
Located on a quiet street of nearly all year round neighbors. Offering ample parking in driveway and WIFI. This bright and spacious open living room with large flat screen smart tv opens to fully-stocked kitchen with staples and dining area. During your stay you have access to a coffee pot and coffee/coffee filters. We also provide dishwasher pods, laundry pods, paper towels, and toilet paper.
The master has a king bed, flat screen smart tv and master bath has walk in shower. Second bedroom has double bed and Third bedroom has two twin beds. The Second bath has a shower/tub unit perfect for cleaning the little ones after a beach day. No need to worry with towels or linens, each room comes with its own set of sheets and two sets of towels.
Step out onto the large covered front porch with partial sound waterway views, perfect for sharing morning coffee or evening cocktails.
*Beach chairs and sand toys provided
*For your convenience we have a pack-n-play, inflatable toddler bed, umbrella stroller, high chair, and some baby toys/puzzles upon request.
* Sorry, but we do not allow pets or smoking in our home or on the premises.
* No parties or loud music.

This property was very nice and in a peaceful area of the beach. The home was quite possibly one of the cleanest we have ever stayed in. The host even left fresh flowers on the table. There were extra towels and blankets, beds were comfortable and the host was easy to communicate with. It is a bit of a walk to the beach but worth it for all the other amenities. Would absolutely recommend this to anyone looking for a great place to stay at Wrightsville beach.

This property and our stay was very nice. The home is wonderfully spacious and comfy. The home was very clean as well. I am a meticulous person, so it was very well kept. We enjoyed the front porch and the games for the kids.The entrance for the beach was fairly close walk. I am familiar with this area, so the house is on a quiet street as well, which was nice. The host was also very nice and responsive. My only recommendation is that the owner may need to clean out the refrigerator and kitchen pantry There were condiments in the refrigerator that took up all the cubby shelving on the side and the freezer was full of items as well. I am use to the refrigerator being empty so that you may buy groceries to fill for your stay. It made me feel as if the owner just recently left.

Perfect place for our family vacation

Amy was an amazing host. She helped us by quickly answering all of our pre-trip questions and confirmed our arrival. The property was a perfect vacation spot for a family with teenagers. The location provided a very easy, short walk to the beach access and pier. It was also just steps from the marsh. The home is on a very pretty street in a quiet neighborhood set apart from the busier main roads. We enjoyed coming back to the property and sitting on the front porch just as much as we enjoyed exploring the local area. Kitchen, bathrooms, linens, and laundry were all stocked with everything we needed and more. We can't wait to go back.

The best re-set!

I can’t say enough about how wonderful this home was. Perfect location. Close to beach, the loop, the pier. Super clean, well-stocked and the owner was incredibly responsive. Looking forward to my next visit!

House was great for our group of 6. Clean, nicely furnished, easy beach access. Enjoyed having beach chairs, towels, and boogie boards to use. We’d stay here again!

Family Reunion

A beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. We had family members from out of state visiting and they thoroughly enjoyed their stay. Close enough to the beach for convenience but away from the noise and traffic. Beautiful views of the sun setting over the water.

Great for families!

Great property for a family. We enjoyed cooking outside and the area was very quiet! Short walk to the beach and close to the pier. We had an amazing time! Amy was very accommodating and had children’s toys and a pack n play for our baby set up and ready to go! Kitchen and bathrooms were all fully stocked. Would stay again!

Great place to stay when visiting Wrightsville Beach!

We really enjoyed our time at this home. It was clean and had everything that we needed. The front porch / deck was our favorite place to hang out and relax. The neighborhood was quiet and everyone was friendly. Amy was really great to work with, helping answer all our questions and requests. We would stay here again and recommend it to others.

Wonderful

This property is very nice, clean and has some newer renovations that look nice. The host is very responsive and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book again!
