Relaxing retreat featuring 2BR / 2.5BA and professionally decorated with a fun nautical theme. Located in the heart of the Harbour Town Yacht Basin and just steps away from the fairways of Harbour Town Golf Links and the Harbour Town pool. The seasonal Sea Pines Trolley offers complimentary transport around the local area, including the Sea Pines Beach Club.

A recently renovated open living space creates a sense of airy comfort incorporating a spacious living room and formal dining. A wide set of patio sliding doors gives way to the tranquil outdoor dining area, where an elevated brick paver platform provides stunning harbor views. Inside, the kitchen enjoys a large footprint with updated granite countertops, wainscoting and stainless steel appliances. Set above the sunlit foyer, the second floor landing guides toward two bedrooms with the master suite enjoying views of the harbor.

Relaxing, comfortable and stylish living space serves as the social heart of the home complete with new floors, a new 65” wall-mounted TV and seating for six on the full-size sofa and swivel chairs.

KITCHEN & DINING

Feel like you’re at home with a fully outfitted gourmet kitchen featuring granite countertops, decorative wainscoting and stainless steel appliances. When you're ready to eat, share meals around a spacious dining table that seats six or outside on the patio.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

Above the floor to ceiling windows of the entry hall, you’ll find the master’s retreat along with the spacious guest bedroom.

The richly appointed master bedroom features a king bed, LED lighted vanity mirror and a large 43” wall-mounted TV. An en-suite bathroom adds convenience with a recently updated walk-in shower.

An equally inviting second bedroom boasts two double beds and a 43” flat-screen TV and is complemented by a guest bathroom featuring a tub/shower combination.

An additional half bath downstairs is conveniently located off the main entry.

Fantastic Condo Right in Harbor Town

Booked last minute and owner was amazingly helpful! Great communication and all the details provided well ahead of time. Perfect location right in Harbor Town. Very clean and clearly owner spends a good amount of time here so lots of thoughtful extras and details. Highly recommended!

Great Place to Stay!

This was a great place to stay! I saw the pictures and description of the beautiful unit but it was even better than expected when we arrived. We booked short notice and process was very smooth. Close to pool and in Harbour Town that allowed us to walk to areas vs drive. Very comfortable for us and we will definitely stay again. Wish we could have stayed longer. The unit was well stocked with almost everything you would need. Owners kept in communication to check on us daily and were very responsive.

Great Stay

Because we got into town before our weekly rental was available, we needed accommodations for just one night. We were lucky enough to find this condo! We loved sitting on the back patio (with the harbor in view), walking to the shops in Harbour Town, enjoying the live music options, watching dolphins from the beach area, and eating at Charlie's Crab and Salty Dog. If you're golfers like us, you'll also love the course options! This is most definitely the most well-stocked condo we've ever stayed in. They had everything on hand, right down to a Keurig coffee maker and K-cups in both the kitchen and the master bedroom. Since we come to Hilton Head for Spring Break every year, we hope this unit will be available in the future. We most certainly recommend it and hope to stay here again!

Lovely location and wonderful hosts!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo! This was our first time staying in Harbour Town and it was a lovely experience! The condo was perfectly located, extremely clean and never have I rented a unit with so many household and kitchen staples provided! The kitchen, while small, had everything you could possible need from coffee, creamers and sweeteners to sandwich baggies, paper plates, paper towels and anything else you could possibly need! The beds were very comfortable and the fridge was very clean! While we didn't need them, the condo is fully stocked with beach bags, beach towels, insulated drink tumblers and beach chairs. The view from the patio over the harbor is lovely ~ we really appreciated that the patio table is "raised" ~ making it the perfect spot to start and end each day. The condo is steps from the Harbor Town pool and steps from all that Harbor Town has to offer! We had no trouble parking. The condo is lovely and perfect for a party of 4!

Great Accommodations

Our villa was great! The furniture was comfortable, the kitchen was well stocked, the villa was clean, and the location was superb. We just walked out our door and we were at the harbor. We enjoyed walking around the boats and the shops and the pier and seeing the sunsets! Our host was very attentive. We highly recommend!

Best rental we’ve had

I rarely write reviews but I have stayed in quite a lot of rental properties especially since COVID. This is hands-down the best one we’ve had. Not necessarily in terms of the unto itself but because the hosts are AMAZING! They had everything we could have wanted or needed. It made it the perfect place to fly to. We didn’t have to go shopping for extra toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher pods, etc. We have two toddlers and they had a whole cabinet in the dining area with plastic dishes, sippy cups, and utensils. They had a closet with beach towels and beach totes and even a large cooler…we didn’t need the cooler but what a great amenity! There was even a basket full of sunscreen for purchase. I felt like we were staying at a close friend’s or family’s place. The location was perfect. We were able to walk right to Harbour Town Pier, restaurants and shopping. There is a great playground that our kids loved along the way. We drove to Caligny Beach which was just a few miles away. I definitely recommend and will be staying again!

All-Inclusive!

This property has it all! We particularly enjoyed this end unit with a beautiful view of the marina. Location is amazing! We were able to just walk into Harbour Town and enjoy restaurants, shopping, the lighthouse and pier. Accommodations were ideal with two teenagers. Highly recommend!

Guys Golf Retreat

We love the Harbour Town area and all 3 of the golf courses in Sea Pines. This unit checked all of the boxes for us and did not disappoint. Once we checked in - we never left Sea Pines. In fact, we barely left Harbourtown. With the help of the owner and housekeeping, we were able to get in early and unpack before heading to the golf course. The unit was well equipped, clean and more than suited our needs. We hope to be back next year and hopefully this unit will be available for our group.

Perfect Location

Such a nice condo! Great location, right on the harbor. Clean, well-appointed, very comfortable beds. Close to everything in HarborTown, which was so nice! Would certainly visit again!

THE LOCATION

Quiet and secluded, this Hilton Head Island home is ideally located between the Harbour Town Yacht Basin and the Pete Dye-designed Harbour Town Golf Links. Both are just steps away.

The Harbour Town Lighthouse is less than a 5-minute walk. Visit the museum, join a historical lighthouse tour, and climb to the top for sweeping harbour views.

Local Sea Pines restaurants are also just a few minutes away. Have a memorable dinner at CQ's Restaurant, grab a pizza at Giuseppi’s or visit the delightful Harbour Town Bakery & Café for a great, but casual breakfast or lunch. No visit to Harbour Town is complete without a trip to Cinnamon Bear Country Store for delicious ice cream and a souvenir to take home!

BEACH

The beach at Sea Pines Beach Club is only 1.5 miles away and accessible via the complimentary trolley that stops across the street at the Harbour Town Pool. See additional photos on the site. Parking is available at the Beach Club after Labor Day until mid-March. From mid-March to Labor Day, a complimentary trolley is available to transport you from the Harbour Town Pool to the Beach Club and back. The trolley departs from the Harbour Town Pool located right across the street.

You will have complimentary access to the Sea Pines Beach Club which provides increased access to outdoor showers and public restrooms that are well appointed and family friendly, with both family-sized restrooms and changing rooms available.
