Welcome to our Beach Condo! Beautifully Updated with all the comforts of home. This Spacious 1450 sf condo has 3 bedrooms plus a bunk room, with door, and 3 bathrooms. This condo will sleep 10 max guests, 8 adults comfortably with 2 King suites, 1 Queen bedroom and a sofa sleeper. In addition to the bunk room for the kids as wight limit is 120lb each bunk.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all the dishes and utensils you need. Including new major appliances, fridge with ice maker, crockpot, waffle iron, coffee maker, toaster and blender.
Relax comfortably on the private balcony overlooking the pool and ocean with plenty of seating for all.
Free WIFI (Complete resort internet upgraded March 2023) and cable, also DVD player and board games.
There are 2 garage parking spots included with one being reserved just for you. Unfortunately there is not an option to get more parking spaces.
(the other is first come first serve) clearance is 6’8”
We also have beach chairs and toys for your use, and don't bother packing beach towels as we provide them as well.
For the little ones, there is a high chair, booster pad and pack n play (no sheet provided) for you to use.

Shores of Panama Resort offers the largest pool in PCB with over 14000 sf lagoon style pool. Fountains, waterfall, large hot tub, and 2 tiki bars, one for food and one for refreshing drinks!! This makes a wonderful Oasis! Top notch security for your safety.
There is also an indoor pool and hot tub as well as a fitness center.
During season there is a coffee shop on site.
We are located right next door to the famous Pineapple Willy's with many other restaurants close by.
Walk to several attractions, including Wonderwall, Ripley's Believe it or not, Race City Amusement park, Coconut Creek Golf and Maze and much more.

THIS IS A NONSMOKING UNIT INSIDE AND OUTSIDE ON BALCONY! A FEE OF $250 WILL BE CHARGED IF CLEANERS FIND ANY EVIDENCE OF SMOKING!

Tips...THIS CONDO COMES WITH 10 WRISTBANDS! EVERYBODY 8 AND UP NEEDS ONE, 7 AND YOUNGER DO NOT NEED ONE. CONDO CAN SLEEP 10, however bunk beds have 120lb max weight.
RESORT FEE OF $115.00 WILL BE CHARGED when picking up wristbands.

Elevators are updated, however, just like any large resort, it will get busy and there are wait times during peak hours. For instance between check in 3-5pm and also around check out 9-11am. These are also busy beach times.
The parking garage will fill up during peak season. There are only so many guest spots, but you are guaranteed the reserve spot. Just like the elevators, it will be busy and patience is need during peak hours. Spots can accommodate large vehicles, but they will fit snug.
Please be aware of weather here in Florida, especially during hurricane season. Trip insurance is always advised as we do not offer refund after 60 days before check in.
FYI Resort will be undergoing siding repair and repainting beginning Oct 2024.
Construction will not effect amenities unless unforeseen circumstances.
