The Victorian 3306-Beach View is a one-bedroom one-bath condominium on Seawall Boulevard that will accommodate up to 6 guests. The Victorian 3306 is located on the third floor (elevator available) and has a beautiful view over the Paradise Cove pool from the balcony and living area. If you enjoy a beautiful view of the water with a cup of coffee in the morning, this is the vacation rental spot for you.

THE VICTORIAN
The Victorian Galveston offers two swimming pools; Waterfall Lagoon is heated in the winter with a rock waterfall and Paradise Cove for the kids, which features a water-drop mushroom and zero-depth entry with bubbling jets. The Victorian also has two hot tubs in secluded garden settings, picnic areas, a pavilion, garden courtyards with lush landscaping, a lighted tennis court and a 24-hour fitness center.

The house has a very pungent smell walking in turns out the carpet was very wet and stinky. Blankets had pee smell and couch had stains . Really not cute and presentable

Single mom vacay

Had a very nice stay with my two kids. They liked the bunk beds and pull out couch bed. Really close to the beach. Really close to walmart.

Look somewhere else

I have never left a bad review before but wanted others to know before you book this place. We’ve stayed at a lot of condos and I try really hard not to complain about the little things but this place is awful. We arrived late on the night of check in to find out that the elevators do not work and carried our luggage up to the third floor. It specifically says in the property description that there is an elevator available. I looked specifically for a rental with elevator. I understand that things break but it did not just happen to be that we arrived just as elevator broke. Going back and looking at other reviews the elevator has been down for months. You really need to take that out of your description so that folks don’t rely on false information. When we got up to the room everything was disgusting. The whole room is dingy and musty smelling. Shower was moldy and had to be cleaned before use. The bathroom floor was filthy with dirt and what looked to be pubic hair everywhere. Even hair stuck all over the ceiling. Not sure how that even happens. The kitchen floor was dirty, utensils dirty. There is an apparent insect problem with a hole in the wall under the kitchen cabinet with roach and ant bait left in the kitchen floor. All of the furnishings are badly worn and needing replacement. I really feel like the pictures and description didn’t represent what we were paying for and I’m disappointed. I messaged the property manager three times and they finally replied the evening before check out and offered to send someone out. By that time it was pointless for them to do anything since we were starting to pack up. I’m sure there are some nice units here but this isn’t it. Overall the entire building needs a lot of maintenance. The pools are nice and the location is convenient to everything

Great Condo and complex

It was nice for our getaway trip. It would be great for a family and grandparents and grands. Two pools at complex. Right across from beach

we enjoy it, everything was perfect, except we had insect issue the ant insect was coming from the patio into the room, we went to Wallmart and buy ant insect killer and issue was resolved, will appreciate if someone calls us to ask us if we need anything

4 nights in Galveston

Had a few days to kill after our business trip to Texas. Got a short notice rental at the Victorian through Ryson Vacation Rentals. The property was perfectly located at the beach. (across the road from the beach like all the properties in this area). Centrally located to extensive shopping and dining options. Seawall and beach are wonderful for long walks. Property is extremely well kept and pools and hot tubs were not crowded. Unit 3306 was nicely renovated. And had a nice view of the pool and the ocean. However, the choice of furnishings were not to our taste. The sofa was attractive but not overly functional as it sat too low to the floor. People with mobility issues would not be able to get off the sofa without assistance. Even being a little stiff from a 3 mile walk on the beach made it tough to get up off the sofa. The dining table and benches were functional but unattractive and did not provide an alternative seating option. Finally the bed was not to our liking. Apparently chosen for the adjustability offered by the ability to inflate or deflate it, just could not overcome the feeling you were sleeping on an air mattress. Overall we would rate the service provided by Ryson a 10! Would rate the Victorian an 8 but could only rate unit 3306 a 6.
