This was the perfect spot and perfect view! We were stoked when we got there and realized the location of the room and how cute everything was. So convenient to the beach and everything around! We stopped here to stay a few nights before heading to Surfside like we do every year and I would love to do it again! Having littles, they loved it too! We highly recommend!!

Great location- quite - save:)

We stayed 5 days. Just walk across the road for the beach. Close to all attractions and restaurants. Close to Walmart and other storeS. Would stay here again.

It was in a great location and worked well for my family. Easy check in process and great communication. A little older than expected but very clean and neat. We really enjoyed our stay.

Good condo in great location

Condo was great. Furniture was updated and kitchen was well equipped. Perfect space for our family + grandparents. Bathroom was a little old and needs some updating. But overall good condo to rent.

A home away from home!

Everything was wonderful! Plenty of kitchen supplies and super clean. Usually you have to work with bare minimum supplies and this condo had it all! Definitely recommend and the location cannot be beat. Walk across the street to Babe’s Beach and have access to umbrellas and chairs. We loved it so much we added a day to our trip.

Christmas Vacation

Overall is was good. I would not consider it 3 bedrooms. As the room with the bunk beds doesn't have a door or any room for bags and such. It was clean and located in a great spot. Just a little small for us.

Not as pictured. More of a hotel

Description of coming in was not as described. Have to check in at front desk like a hotel. Have to pay for parking and have to wear wrist band entire time at location. All not described in listing or email. Not like a normal vrbo/apartment stay. Room is much much smaller than described and shown. Stayed down the street at an actual apartment that was bigger for same price. Pool is the big win for the stay though as the kids loved it. Great location. Walmart next door and beach is easy access. Tv in living room was going out. Notified location and nothing done or even responded to about. Bottom drawer in bunk bed room broken. Bunk bed room is not a room but a tiny nook as you walk in. Place not big enough for 5. Was ok for quick cheaper stay.

Nice place for a last minute trip

We booked this trip last minute and were pleased with our stay. Walking distance to the beach and the property had 2 pools that my kids enjoyed. The location on the seawall was loud at night but otherwise no complaints.

Personal review of vacation property

I just had knee replacement surgery and picked that room because it was right next to the elevator. Unfortunately the elevator was broken the entire time we were there. Very difficult for me to go up and down the stairs. Luckily I didn't have to go up several flights. This was I believe the 4th year my grandkids and I have stayed at the Victorian and just love the location.

Perfect Spot

It was our first time going to Galveston and we did not know what all else was around there but this place is in the middle of everything. We did not really need to pack the things we packed. The only thing they did not tell us was the parking fee that was not included in the package. There was a dirty wash rag left in the bathroom from the previous renters but other than that this place was perfect for our first experience in Galveston.

Nice old condo

The condo was nice. Older but well cared for. It’s right on Sea Wall Blvd and really close to 61st street so great location. The condo next to us was being completely remodeled, so lots of banging on the walls, and dry wall being thrown over the balcony. Ryerson property management was not helpful about this at all. Lots of talk but no action. Overall, nice older condo, great location but overpriced and poor property management.

Nice space, nicely decorated, clean, comfortable, on-site staff were helpful. Amenities as described however wifi/TV were spotty. Nice location on the Seawall with easy access to the beach and local attractions. We would stay here again

Nice Condo

Nice condo altho we were unexpectedly stuck with no water for over 6 hours for 7 people. Huge inconvenience when we all need showers and didn't have a heads up on having no water. Also, their "heated" pool was freezing cold. Location was great and condo was beautiful but I would check with the Victorian on the pool and piping maintenance before staying there again. No compensation was offered during our stay or at checkout for our inconveniences.

Great location, right across from beach!

Overall, we were pleased with this choice. Though it would have been nice if there was an actual door, and not just a curtain, in front of the kids' bunk room! It made the nights and nap times a little difficult...so I probably wouldn't recommend this place to people with little kids. Besides that, the location can't be beat!
