FISHING, HIKING, BIKING, DISC GOLF on private property!

Come enjoy this newly remodeled ranch house nestled on 25 acres in the Texas Hill County in Marble Falls. So many things to do, from exploring the property, biking the trails, playing a competitive game of disc golf, hanging out by the fire pit, gazing at the stars... the list goes on. Access to the lake is 5 minutes away, where you can rent/bring a boat, kayak, or paddleboard.

THE SPACE
The kitchen has all state of the art appliances, microwave, crock pot, toaster oven, Keurig, regular drip coffee pot, pancake griddle, dishwasher, and refrigerator with ice maker and purified well-water tap (no need to bring water bottles!).
The great room includes a dining area, sitting area, and large Smart TV with Roku. Play a competitive game of Foosball. Board games also available for your enjoyment.

The outdoor covered patio has tables, lounge chairs, fire pit, and grill, all overlooking the beautiful landscape. This is where you can relax and enjoy the tranquility of the amazing views and play a game of corn hole or frisbee golf with your friends and family.
The home is single level with a spacious primary bedroom and expansive private bath with a separate jetted tub and shower.
The 2nd bedroom sleeps 3 with 2 twin beds and a trundle bed.
The 3rd bedroom sleeps 5 with a twin over full bunk and an additional full size bed.
GUEST ACCESS
You will have access to explore and enjoy all 25 acres of the property. There are many trails throughout to mountain bike or hike.

Great location for family fun

This was the greatest property I have ever stayed at. The home was clean and neatly kept loved the master bathroom. Everything was accessible and space was wide open. The views were awesome and myself and family had fun. We would definitely rent this home again.

Simply Calming

The property was exactly what my wife and son needed, a place to unwind. It's location was off the beaten path with plenty of room to roam, several places to view the 'hills' of the hill country and see the stars. We will recommend this place if someone wants to stay in the area.

Loved it!

Beautiful property! We chose because of the proximity to the wedding venue we would be attending all weekend. Our kids loved all the activities the home had to offer. Great communication from the host. We had a wonderful weekend here and would return!

Super clean, fun, quiet stay

Very nice home on a secluded property. House was very nice and clean. Minutes away from Hidden Falls and plenty of room for trailer parking (room for multiple trailers). Property manager was very response thorough. Will definitely be back for future Hidden Falls trips.

Great Place, Great Management

Beautiful house and property, very clean and well stocked. Management was very prompt to answer any questions. Instructions for arrival and departure are very easy and well thought out. The maps of the property are awesome. Great Place to stay and has great management to work with.

Perfect Ranch House

We rented out this house because of how close it was to Hidden Falls Adventure Park. The property is beautiful and secluded, so much space to explore! House was spacious and clean, property manager was quick to reply with any needs and provided everything, from kitchen utensils to toiletries. It was nice not to have to worry about have something on hand. Highly recommend, will stay here again next time we ride our razor at Hidden Falls!

Accurate pictures and great place!

We arrived late and hungry. The popcorn that was available hit the spot. And the tea! I had a sore throat and it was wonderful to have tea late at night. Place was clean, fully stocked and quiet. Owner was responsive when needed. Master bed was comfortable. We got great phone service. We enjoyed it. Would rent again.

Great Family Stay

The house is very clean and the house is well stocked with kitchen items. Filtered drinking water is great! We all enjoyed the foosball table, outside space, and the ability to see a night sky full of stars. Our dog was very happy with his stay as well! Beds and living furniture are very comfortable. We did not get to enjoy the trails, fire pit, or pond. We stayed with other things in the area to do. This would be a great place for the family, friends, to enjoy some outdoor fun away from home in a quiet place.

Great getaway!

We wanted an easy going getaway and got it here with the trails, disc golf, foosball, etc. Comfortable beds and pillows…important for me because it can ruin a vacation with no sleep! Everything we needed was here except for internet/wifi. Would be ok but T Mobile service was spotty outside on the property. Will definitely come back to this property with better cell phone access.

Excellent Home

The home was beautiful & clean. Kitchen very well stocked with supplies. Beds cozy. Linens ample & soft. Lots of seating space inside & out. Everything was amazing - host was kind, detailed and very clear on access, directions and other amenities like Frisbee's and a walking trail. My family used this home as a gathering place while attending a wedding nearby. Birds, deer, quiet, star filled nights - it could not have been a better equipped home or location, or a more gracious host. Awesome!

Great experience and excellent property

This property was excellent and spot on. The hosts were more than accommodating with our reservation and the snacks that they provided were top-notch. Everything about the experience was great from the beginning. The hosts were very communicative and very accommodating to our needs. The property itself was immaculate. The walking trails and disc golf course were great. Our family enjoyed feeding the fish at the pond. And we took use of almost every amenity that was provided. The fire pit was a great addition at night to sit around and enjoy the property. I would highly recommend this property and hope that we will be able to come back and enjoy it again ourselves. All instructions that were provided were spot on and the maps for the property were a great addition to help us not get lost.

Amazing Place - lots of outdoor fun!

Best place in the hill country we've stayed! We've already booked for next Thanksgiving. This is our annual Thanksgiving trip to jeep at Hidden Falls - house is only 7 minutes away from park. We've never found a house with so many fun things to do outside. They have a 9 baskets Disc Golf - which we've never played. We all played every afternoon after jeeping. Played darts and cornhole too. The inside of the house was very well kept and clean. Beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were big!! It's awesome to have 2 sinks in master bath. Big walk in shower and the bedroom was very roomy. There's a double door going to backyard, which was nice, since we had our dog. The kitchen was great and even had a garbage disposal and dishwasher!! Most houses we get don't have either of those. The house had lots of parking for our trucks, trailers and jeeps. Owners were quick to reply to questions. Thanks to the owners for such a great place and lots of memories and laughs!!

Hidden falls adventure park

The hosts are amazing. They ask how everything is going, want feedback, amd really want people to enjoy the property and area around them. We came for hidden falls adventure park, but our evenings were spent at this beautiful spot. Sitting on the back patio taking in the amazing view along with the comfort and relaxation the inside of the home provides. It was relieving to have more than just the basics provided in the kitchen and the bonus of all the fun games they have! It was a wonderful stay and I hope to be back!

Remote Comfortable Austin Getaway

We loved staying here. It’s a comfortable distance from Austin. The home is well appointed and stocked with everything you need to relax. Owners are in close communication and happy to help where they can. We look forward to our next visit. The cows were cool.

Awesome spring break getaway.

I cannot say enough about this property! We were lucky enough to be the first renters and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was one of the most well stocked VRBO's we've stayed in and we have stayed in a lot of homes across the country. There were plenty of dishes and kitchenware, towels, toiletries, and bedding. The hosts were very responsive and checked in on us several times throughout our stay just to make sure everything was going well. The house has two long, inviting porches across both the front and back. You get a wonderful view of the beautiful hill country sunrise from the back porch and we enjoyed our evenings out on the front porch. Unfortunately there was a burn ban during our stay but there is a nice fire ring out back that the owner's had all prepped and ready to go had we been able to have a bonfire. When we arrived there were treats left out for us... popcorn, snacks, and a well stocked coffee bar. The property is very private but close enough to neighbors that you don't feel too secluded. We enjoyed the walking trails that went all over the property. They were just challenging enough to offer a good workout but relaxing enough to provide a nice morning stroll. We loved the location of the house. It's within about 35 minutes of Lake LBJ, Lake Travis, Inks Lake, and Lake Buchanan... all of which we kayaked and enjoyed during our stay. If you are looking for closer water access, the Colorado river has multiple park access points within 10 minutes of the house. The house was well stocked with games that we thoroughly enjoyed... corn hole, darts, foosball, and board games. We also ran into Marble Falls several times throughout our stay, a short 10 - 15 minute drive and you can do your shopping at a big, nice HEB or Walmart. There are a lot of fast food and restaurant options too. One day we spent our time in the Main Street downtown area which is precious. Lots of boutiques, wineries, breweries, and shops. If you're looking for a quiet getaway where you can unwind and relax but still have access to the conveniences of town, then this is the place for you. The house was spotless and so well kept. The owners really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and to provide a nice, cozy getaway. I would 100% recommend and would love to return in the summer when the water isn't quite so cold, lol. We absolutely loved it here!
