The house is awesome

This is an awesome Lakehouse, very clean and beautiful, The manager (Dell) is very nice and always available to help he was so helpful and very nice we were a group of adults and kids, friends and families ,we all enjoyed the house, The pool and the view is unforgettable, House is amazing highly recommend it

Excellent house for multiple families

Insane. I don’t think the photos do the house justice. We walked in and were taken away by the high ceilings, set up and sheer amount of space. The kitchen was more than fully equipped to cook gourmet meals and the fridge was large enough for all the food we brought. With 6 kids under 9, the upstairs was a mecca both adults and kids. We picked this house for both lake access and the pool and it was the perfect balance of both. There were guest in both other houses and we didn’t hear a peep. We were pleasantly surprised how quiet it was in the immediate area. Only thing that I wish was improved was a Internet booster. Welcome package mentioned spotty Internet but we could only get on our phones. Made it challenging to try and do movie nights for the kids. We definitely want to book this house again next year and all could see using for seperate family events.

Fabulous stay for moms and daughters

8 girls and their moms stayed at this house and it could hardly have been any better. The upstairs bunk rooms (with 2 full bathrooms and a sitting area) were terrific for the girls. The were all comfortable, had tons of space, and the moms didn't have to mess with them. The 8 moms shared the beautiful 4 king bedrooms (all with en suite full bathrooms). Plenty of room for all. Lots of seating and room in the kitchen and living areas. Pool was fantastic as was all the porch seating. Pool even has heating! Room outside for everyone to eat, to sit under the shade, or to get some sun. We even used the fire pit, which was great as well. sometimes these kinds of houses go cheap with furniture - not here. Everything was well done and comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Property manager was super responsive and helpful. We decided we all wanted a "Dell" to call on for problems at our houses! The only thing the house didn't have was a dock. I wouldn't be surprised if one is put in at some point. Would have made it easier to get on and off the kayak. But otherwise the house was AMAZING. Oh, and the other 2 houses were booked and it was no issue at all. We rarely even saw those people and definitely didn't hear them - so don't be concerned by that. We did, on the other hand, see a bunch of deer as we drove in and out of the property. Very happy with this rental!

A great property.

A fantastic home on the lake (sort of because lake level was so low). The pool was great for both adults and kids. Would rent again!

Better than Described

Very large clean house! The pictures and description on vrbo fail to capture how truly spacious then home is! We had 20 people and we fit with room to spare! The openness of the main living/dining/kitchen meant you did not have to miss out on any conversation or action when cooking or cleaning up! The upstairs was a perfect space for all the kids to play games and hang out especially with 2 bathrooms! The bunk room has 2 separate spaces with barn doors and made perfect sleeping for all the teens & kids! There is a smaller sitting area separate from the many living (not pictured) that was good for a quieter conversation/ rest area. Also the powder room (not pictured) downstairs has a second entry/door to the patio so the kids could use the restroom without fully drying off which was extremely helpful! The pool was slightly smaller than the pictures made it appear but we regularly & easily fit 12+ people at a time. We loved that you can see the pool from the living space to keep the littlest ones safe when they escaped to the pool. The kitchen/diningg space that opens to the big patio with lots of tables and chairs made meals a breeze! Understandably the lake/reservoir was low but there was still access from the property for kayaking and swimming. The kids enjoyed seeing deer, turtles, tree frogs and even deer bones on the property! Some of the furnishings seemed to not match the condition of the rest the house, some wobbly chairs and railing, missing mirror but nothing that prevented a comfortable stay! Dell was helpful with the pool and check in, especially when there was confusion of who had booked which house. There are 3 houses very close to one another which resulted in the brief confusion and some moments of close quarters; however the house and windows were strategically designed for privacy. Our group was very comfortable and enjoyed our stay!

We were not able to go thru the garage for ease of unloading . The grounds were wet and uneven - the property had not been graded. There was low water pressure two mornings so unable to shower or flush. Poor internet service. I think there are 5 TVS. The main TV buffered so bad you couldn't watch. Two TVS never worked at all due to a code that didn't work. Not happy with the property

Great Family Location!

We are from Oklahoma and come for a family reunion! The house was very clean and big enough for us to have sleeping arrangements and plenty of bathrooms! The pool and outdoor space made it a great place to relax and provide entertainment for the kids! We played Cornhole and enjoyed the patio area in the evening.
