Rise and shine in one of the two bedrooms, brew a pot of coffee, and wake up slow on the deck, with a lovely view of the water just beyond the marsh grass. Head inside to whip up breakfast at the well-equipped kitchen, with a full suite of stainless steel appliances, lots of cabinets, and plenty of counter space. Dine together at the table for six or pull up one of the four stools at the breakfast bar to keep it casual.

Visit the complex’s shared pool after breakfast, or explore a little further afield. When you return, cool off in the central AC and grab a spot on one of the couches for a little TV. End the day as you began, out on the balcony, enjoying the view, this time of the night stars over the water.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
