And outside, enjoy the fresh air from your back patio, where you'll find a gas grill for summertime cookouts and a private hot tub for relaxing your muscles after adventures on the trails, the slopes, or the river.

'THE LOON'S NEST'

This home is BEAUTIFUL. This is our 5th year in sunriver and this home is by far our favorite one. It fit our needs and I just adore it! Thank you so much for a great stay. I look forward to next year for sure!

Great multi family house!

This was a great house for our two families on vacation. The description is a little off, as it says it sleeps 8, but there are two futon mattresses for the kids room upstairs (in addition to the two twin beds) so it actually sleeps 10. Bikes are also not in the description, in fact it says the garage is not available for use. I had asked to confirm or not if bikes were included and the response was that “bikes are not listed with the property.” So we hauled 3 bikes from home, only to find 6+ bikes in the garage. As other reviews say, the pillows are flat and terrible, bring your own!!! The WiFi was also very spotty and not good. Because this house is so close to the river, we were eaten alive by mosquitoes- so this house would be a better fit in the winter months.

Great family home

This house was a great size and layout! Location is a bit far from the village and right next to the river so the mosquitos were absolutely terrible! We have never experienced a mosquito problem in Sunriver and will never be staying somewhere so close to the river like that again. As said in previous reviews, the pillows were flat for every bedroom, definitely bring your own! The description doesn’t say anything about bikes in the garage and even says the garage is not to be used. Even after contacting the site about if there were bikes or not, they just said there were no bikes listed with the property. So we brought 3 of our own just in case- only to find that there were 6 bikes in the garage. Wi-Fi was also terrible during the stay. Overall it was a great house, just wish it was in a different location due to the mosquitos.

Great location!

Stayed with family and friends including 3 little kids. Good house for families. Great location. Layout was good, comfortable for everyone. Appliances are a bit old and slow but otherwise great spot for a family vacation.

Family stay

This was a lovely home for our weeks stay in Sunriver. Unfortunately, it lacked a few needed comforts such as all the pillows were very thin and flat. We weren't able to adequately cool the upstairs bedrooms due to a restriction on the thermostat. Also for the people who wanted to wash their hair, there were no hair dryers provided. It was helpful when we called Vacasa that they promptly came to the home to make a few minor repairs, we did certainly appreciated their assistance. The home was quite clean and generally attractive.
