The location is great, the neighborhood is quiet and scenery is what you want in a high desert location.We did see deer on the hillside behind the house.

This property needs a deep clean! The couch was worn and you could feel the springs when you sit down. It was dirty in the corners and windowsills were filthy.

The house is located in a great neighborhood and has a great space for 4 individual rooms. Would recommend staying here.

Nice house, convenient

The house and furnishings are nice and seemed new. Hot tub was great, grill had fuel, but was not clean. No soap or body wash in the showers, had to use "hand soap" from bath sink dispenser. One of two shampoo bottles was empty. Two burned out light bulbs, (downstairs bunkroom closet, upstairs bathroom light bar). Lower rack (drawer) of dishwasher had lost two wheels before we got there, limiting function. Great place, great stay & very reasonable.

Great house with lots of space

This fit our large family quite nicely. Quiet neighborhood. Would recommend to friends. Only downside was poor cell service and a little bit of a drive to get back into the main part of town but well worth all the space.

Cute neighborhood

My daughter and her bridesmaids all stayed in this comfortable home and in this cute neighborhood for her wedding weekend! It comfortably fit my daughter, and six of her bridesmaids, with plenty of room to get ready on the morning of her wedding plus have her bridesmaids brunch! Very well maintained and clean and cute!

Great house in Bend

Very nice house in Bend with a hot tub, big kitchen, and four bedrooms. We enjoyed out time here. It was very convenient to spring skiing at Bachelor and not far from almost everything in Bend. It's. lovely area. TV setups are a bit strange and old. Too many remotes, the Family Room TV should probably replaced with something newer, but not a huge deal. We'll definitely consider renting again next time we come back to Bend.

Not a good property

The property was not well cared for, sliding door to the backyard, was hard to open, a bench broke over, sitting on it in the dining room with injuries, a rug that we tripped on out of the bathroom, one kitchen towel for the whole stay!

Our stay

Great visiting place with family. Few snags, plastic shower curtain in master bath should be replaced moldy and Left sink clogs. One couch has tear in it upon arrival also some wall boards/frames need fixing. Sleeping arrangements excellent. Missing light bulb in master suite lamp. TV in downstairs did not work once we found remote under cabinet. BBQ very dirty. Need more kitchen towels. I am only stating these items so management can take care of.

Great location, maintenance required

When we first arrived, the fireplace did not work, two lamps downstairs did not work and the dishwasher did not work and there was a leak underneath the sink. We called management the next day and they sent someone to fix those items the following day. However, we still could not use the dishwasher because the bottom rack is not the right size. The hot tub did not work one of the nights, but we managed to fix that ourselves. The dryer was extremely slow, so it was hard to do laundry. Then on our last night, the garage smelled like burning plastic and then the hot water stopped working. We alerted management, but no one ever responded to me about the hot water. Overall a nice home and great location, but it requires a lot of maintenance!

Great Family Vacation Home

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house was located in a perfect place for the activities that we had planned. We were having a long weekend with kids and grandkids. The location and house was great, but after staying in multiple VRBO's and Airbnb's, I do have some suggestions on how the house was (wasn't) prepared for our arrival. Soap dispensers in every bathroom, but no liquid soap. Bath towels were all stuffed under one cabinet in the master bath. No linens at all in the downstairs bath. Bacon grease setting in the bottom of the kitchen garbage can. One extra liner setting in the grease. Closets had extra supplies, but they were all tossed in closets. Dishes were chipped. Were not enough un-chipped dishes for all of us. We would stay again, but does need some attention.

Lots of little issues

The house was beautiful but very shortly after arriving we started noticing issues. The code to get into the property didnt work, and that was my first call. The bathroom was dirty with lots of built up soap scum in the tub. There were lots of food crumbs in the living room from the last renters and it had attracted ants. The bathroom, and dirty floor resulted in a second call which was resolved quickly with housekeeping coming out to clean and set ant traps. I ended up needing to move the ant traps because they contain poison and my 1 yr old baby found every single one, which wasn't safe. At the end of the first night we discovered that none of the tvs were hooked up to any form of cable or shows, which was disappointing. And when I went to lay with my baby and get her to sleep in the king room the bed collapsed. The bed collapsing probably upset me more than anything, because my baby was laying on there and could've seriously been injured. That issue wasn't resolved until the next day and eliminated a whole bedroom for use which was also pretty disappointing. On top of that, the bed collapsing brought attention to the fact that none of the mattresses had mattress protectors on them. Some people might not care about that, but I think it's unsanitary and didn't like knowing that it was just a thin sheet between me and every other guest who has stayed in the home and done whatever in the rooms. After the bed collapsed and we had our 3rd call I had stated that id like a discount and was told a manager would get ahold of me by the middle of the following week, and that only a manager could process or authorize a discount. By Friday of the following week I hadn't received any communication from management so I called again. I was apologized to for the lack of communication and offered a $100 voucher for a future visit, that would expire within a year as compensation for the issues with the property. I refused the voucher as I don't see myself vacationing with them again, and then was told they would refund me a total of $75! I said I didn't think that was enough and was told that it was all id be given. Our total trip was $836. And was absolutely not worth it. We would've been better off in a few hotel suites and spent the same amount of money. Also, I never spoke to a manager. So I'm not sure how I was given a $75 refund by an employee when I was told that wasn't possible the first time I asked.

Awesome Mt. Bachelor area rental!

Perfect location if planning on spending some time on the snowy Mt. Bachelor slopes! Not too far from town and all the fun food and activities as well. Be sure to check out the Nature Center and Observatory in Sunriver!!

Needs TLC

House definitely needs some TLC. Pretty dirty and run down. Jacuzzi light didn't work and there were no lights around it at night. Microwave has blue tape on top holding the face plate on. Master bedroom main light did not work. Blood stain on top of blue comforter. No shower curtain liner in either bathroom. Master Bedroom bed feels and sounds like it is going to break. Whole bed moves and squeaks if you barely move. Hard to get some sleep. Hose in backyard is severely cracked need a new one. The amount of dust on stair baseboards.... took a photo as it's black, but couldn't load photo. Said no pets online, yet there was a note in the fridge regarding pets and their stay at the house. We could see dog nose prints all over slider, from previous guest, so know dogs were there and note indicates they are ok to have. Online needs to be updated if that's the case as some people are allergic and others don't bring theirs as they think they can't. Overall home has great potential, but it doesn't look like it is taken care of very well. They just need to invest a little and do a thourough clean!

Fun getaway, great place to stay

The rental property was affordable, clean, in an awesome location and just an overall very pleasant experience. I will happily stay another place titled “Meredith Lodging”. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Great place for a weekend with friends

We had a great time here! Very clean, comfy beds and a great neighborhood. The hot tub didn’t work on the second night though, when we got in it was at 86 degrees and we aren’t supposed to change the settings so we were kind of disappointed about that. The shower in the main bathroom also had horrible water pressure and the drain was very clogged. Other than that everything was great. Would definitely come back again!
