This 3 Br condo in Mar Vista Grande on the 11th floor with elevator access. Private balcony accessible from the Living Room and Main Bedroom. This unit is high, on the 11th floor with good views and many upscale features including granite counter tops in the kitchen and baths, full kitchen with white cabinets, flat screen TVs, crown molding in the living room. The entire condo has been upgraded with LVP flooring.

Go ahead, indulge yourself by relaxing on balcony chairs overlooking the gorgeous dunes and vast Atlantic Ocean. The view is breathtaking, and the sound of the ocean waves is serene and relaxing with amazing sunrises. This is a great vacation resort for an active family.

Our family of 7 loved the condo. There was plenty of room for everyone. The indoor pool was especially nice since we were there in a cool snap, even for November. Parking was easy and the location was close to Main St. businesses and also easily accessible to 17. We would definitely stay again.

We stayed over the summer on a mom’s trip and it was a perfect place for us! Great location, clean, and perfect setup for 6 of us. Walking distance to a bunch of restaurants, direct beach access and of course the pool and Tiki bar were a bonus. Would definitely stay again!

Our stay was great from beginning to end. The whole process went so smoothly, from booking online to receiving your information at least two days before your trip is to begin to checking in. Everything was perfect. The room was fantastic. Everything you could think you would ever need is in that room or in the cage to take to the beach. The entire facility was great the pools there was something going on by the pool every day. The location on the beach was great. I would highly recommend this condominium to anyone wishing to have a great stay at the beach.

Needs updates and better upkeep.

Was nice but could use more comfortable and updated couch and chairs.Sand on floors and clean surroundings were an issue upon arrival.However we did have a good stay and host was quick to reply.I would give it a 4 rating at most.

Decent unit - great location

I've stayed at this Condominium several times at different units - this one was the most dated (uncomfortable beds and sofa, walls needed painting, overall just needed some love).

Family Spring Break

We love MarVista and this unit was fantastic! It offered amenities that other units don't. There were beach chairs available, full size shampoo/conditioner/soaps in all the bathrooms, basic spices/aluminum foil/plastic wrap/etc in the kitchen. All these little things just made our stay so much easier. The MarVista is always great with the indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs, easy access to the beach, and lots to do in the area. Only complaint with this unit is the living room couch is not comfortable or cozy (cushions slide around), but otherwise this unit is great! We will definitely stay again!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very clean and was just like the pics. It was convenient to the beach and to other places. Very quiet and comfortable. Would love to stay again on another trip. Property owners responded quickly and sent updates properly for checking in and out.

Clean, fun, convenient! Beach!

1103 was beautiful: The entrance, condo, decor, pool area and everything! Parking was in a garage attached to the building, this is a great benefit!! Access to the building was super easy. He even had extra beach toys available which was great for our kiddos! Trash disposal on the same floor, easy and convenient!! 3 comfortable size bedrooms, huge tubs, stocked kitchen! It's comfortable and fantastic! Lastly, the pools are wonderful and the beach is steps away! We truly enjoyed our stay, everything was great and we will book here again!

Comfort of home on the beach

We had a family of 6 stay and it was a pleasant experience. Rooms were clean, pools and lazy river were nice. We were given a incorrect parking code in the app but that was the only issue. Would stay again.

Spacious, quiet condo in a great location

We really enjoyed this condo. We had 2 adults and 4 teenagers and there was plenty of room inside. The balcony had a great view of the ocean. There were ample utensils, plates and cups. Would be nice to have bigger coffee mugs instead of the tiny tea cups. The amenities of the indoor/outdoor pool and hot tub were great. The beach area was fantastic and you could rent 2 chairs and an umbrella for $45 a day. Also felt very secure in and around the building since everything had a passcode to enter. The owners secure area by elevator was large but only had 2 chairs, an umbrella and some kids toys. Would’ve liked to have seen some more things in there, especially when looking at what some other folks had on theirs. Check in and check out was extremely easy.

Great Place, Poor Management

We arrived late evening and the unit was easily accessible per check-in instructions. The unit itself was satisfactory. It was fairly warm when we arrived in the unit, so we adjusted the thermostat to cool off. It was in evening and cloudy so it was bearable. The next day when we came back to the unit from being out and about, it was extremely warm. I immediately called the owner and told her. She responded in a condescending, passive-aggressive manner faulting us for not contacting her sooner. When I explained to her that when we initially arrived it was in the evening so the condo was cooler she became condescending by telling me that she wished I would have told her as soon as we got there although I kept trying to explain that the condo was not hot when we arrived because of the time of day. She then insinuated multiple times via text that the AC not being fixed was our fault because we did not report it as soon as we stepped foot in the unit. The maintenance man came and fixed the air at approximately 9:05pm. I did not appreciate how the owner tried to blame us for the air not working instead of being apologetic for the inconvenience.

Weekend getaway

Overall the place was ok, the building was nice and clean. The bathrooms to the pool are on the second floor which is kind of a pain. The room was ok not ocean front but ocean view. The balcony was dirty with leftover trash from prevous guest. The microwave didn't work, one of the rooms had dirty sheets so we washed those. The host charged me 50 dollars for a missing key that we did not received. We only received 1 key for the unit in the lock box but they charged me for the second. I like the place but would not stay in this unit again. I normally wouldnt complain but the last straw was the charge for something that I never used or received.

Mar Vista Grand has everything my family loves. For our kids, it has beautiful indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, and lazy river. For my husband, the golf course is just a few miles down the road. For myself, it has direct ocean access and I love waking up and enjoying the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony, sipping on a beautiful cup of tea.

North Myrtle Beach is one of the nicest places to come on vacation or business trip. Its easy access from the airport or driving in makes for a great family experience. The proximity to many local restaurants and amenities gives you the luxury feel of staying in a hotel with the privacy of a personal home.
