Great stay. Clean place. Neighborhood was a little sketchy but felt safer with the locks and cameras in place. One thing we would recommend is to add shampoo, conditioner, and body wash into the bathrooms. Would also recommend leaving spare toilet paper under the sink as we were close to running out.

Beautiful place

We had a relaxing time when there. My sisters and spouses came down for a family reunion weekend. We were gone to family events but while resting for the next adventure, this Vrbo rental was the perfect place. No fuss, no loud neighbors. Within 15-30 minutes to all of our family reunion venues.

We arrived at night so arrived at wring house at first. Thankfully it seemed vacant so we didnt disturb anyone. By morning, we weren't sure of the type of neighborhood, but all the neighbors were actually very friendly and quiet.

Family weekend adventure

It is a beautiful home with friendly neighbors. And everything you need! We visited the White water center and Carowinds which both are only 30 min drive away. We would absolutely stay and visit again!

Newer home we’ll maintained

The only thing I would suggest, as a senior, is safety bars in the tub area. This was our first VRBO. We were there for a wedding. Perfect for what we needed. Over all impressed.

Fabulous property!

We couldn't have asked for a better VRBO for our visit to Charlotte! This brand-new home was fantastic and had everything we needed and more for our 4-day stay. Having 3 off-street parking spaces was fantastic for our family. The beds were the most comfortable we've ever had away from home! Communication with the hosts was easy and fast. We never had an issue! We'll be back here when we're in the area! Thanks for a great stay!

Nice place to stay would recommend

The place was nice plenty of room for 6 people and 2 guests during the day. Nice size bedrooms and bathrooms. Nice patio to sit and relax. Loved that the door automatically locks specific hours nice added safety feature. Good communication with host and very receptive. There was a mixup at booking not due to the host and she sent message assuring me she would contact VRBO to let them know we were not cancelled and all worked out as she stated. We did not sit on the front steps but chairs looked inviting and comfortable. We would stay again if in the same situation as again nice place to get family together for our sons wedding 20 minutes away from the VRBO. Thanks for allowing us to stay.

Cute and Cozy house you will Love!

This cute house was a wonderful place for my family (husband + 2 adult kids and their partners) to stay for a wedding at Loray Mill. The house was well appointed and comfortable for the 6 of us. The living room was cozy and the 2 BRs and 2 baths were perfect (my only comment was that it had no hangers in any of the closets - and the owner is addressing that) The location was so close that we walked to the wedding venue. We also travelled to Belmont, which is a nice town nearby with lots of restaurants. The owner was amazing and communicated quickly and I would definitely rent this house again!

Nice but always room for improvement

Check in process was smooth, house smelled clean upon arrival. A few suggestions that we looked for and didn’t find. There were no bed pillows in either of the guest bedrooms, only shams and decorative pillows. There were only two spare blankets for 3 bedrooms. No cutting board in the kitchen and no Tupperware for cooking leftovers. Pros- tvs in each bedroom, lots of bath towels, loved the fridge and the ball ice!
