Beautiful Lakehouse on the water at Lake of the Ozarks.

Nice, private home with updated kitchen, large dock for fishing and swimming, in a quiet cove with friendly neighbors. Newly renovated, just listed on VRBO. This property is perfect for families looking for a relaxing getaway. At 5 MM of Lake of the Ozarks.

This home has great parking; space for up to 6 vehicles! We have a modern, updated kitchen with full amenities including a coffee bar, breakfast patio, and Blackstone griddle for your use.
We have three comfortable bedrooms with Queen beds in each, and three additional, comfortable sleeper sofas that are also each Queen beds. In total, our home adequately sleeps 10. We have two full bathrooms, each with full-sized showers. Help yourself to our full-sized washer/dryer as needed.
We provide all linens and towels, and one hairdryer is provided.
Enjoy coffee or evening drinks on our covered patio, right outside of our cozy basement living room/game room.
Our favorite feature is our large, covered dock which is only steps from our home. Due to electrical hook-ups, this dock may be used both during the day and at night. It has a diving platform, swing, swim dock, ample space for great fishing, and kayaks which are perfect for our calm, quiet, deep-water cove.
We have complimentary Wi-Fi with Smart TVs.
We are located at the 5 MM on the main channel of Lake of the Ozarks. By car, we are a 10-15 minute drive to local restaurants and convenience stores. Our home is a 20 minute drive to Osage Beach, full of many more restaurants and shopping.
A marina is conveniently located at the end of our cove. Feel free to reach out to the LOTO Marina for information on boat ramp access and gas pumps for your boating needs. They are family-run with a nice convenience shop for daily necessities.

***This property is ideal for families. We do not rent to groups for parties, including bachelor and bachelorette parties.

This place was amazing and Colleen was wonderful to work with and very responsive. The house is in a great cove, beautifully decorated and has the best dock we have ever experienced. This house fit 4 adults and 4 teens very comfortably.

Sports family getaway

We are two teaching families whose kids play competitive baseball and Softball and are college athletes and we needed a place to get a way and relax before starting back to work and school. Your home was amazing and the perfect place to do just that. We loved our stay.

Annual family lake vacation

Great stay!! If your looking for a great house to spend time fishing and swimming without leaving the house this property will not disappoint! The Blackstone grill was such a nice bonus, we used it daily. The dock, Lilly pad and high diving/jumping platform along with kayaks and numerous floats keep the kids busy. We had a late night movie night on the dock with the large screen tv lounge area. Easy parking

Summer Vacay 2023!

We had a wonderful time at the lake. The house was just as described. The dock and seating area was perfect for our family and the kids loved the lily pad. The cove couldn’t have been any better. Colleen has gone above and beyond to stock the house with everything needed to keep guests comfortable. Thanks for being so organized!

30th Anniversary

The house was perfect and we loved the dock! Everything was very clean and the host provided little extras like floaties and a Blackstone! We enjoyed the private cove. The guys were excited to cook breakfast on that every morning. The beds were comfy too! There were a few items needed when we first arrived but Colleen was very responsive and took care of things right away. GPS directions were a little tricky, my only suggestion is to maybe have some instructions for those coming in not familiar with the area. We really enjoyed our stay!

Kids and friends want to go back

Pros - this place is amazing. Host is very responsive. Perfect set up for 2 families of 4 (total of 8 people). Wanted to be able to go into the attractions but stay on the outskirts and this house definitely delivered. Accommodations and amenities are fantastic. Location ideal for families- quiet cove. Thoughtful owners - everything I could think of and more - was available. Only thing we brought was a crockpot which was nice to cook meals while we were playing in the Ozarks. Cons - only related to cleaning company. Overall place looked clean when we got there however, we noticed that items were left on floor, missed items from the previous tenants. There are water jugs for use. However they were empty and never replaced, We arrived on a Thursday (garbage day) and it was full and therefore and we had to take our garbage down to the marina. Last, the spare gas tank for grill was empty so when the other tank emptied we used the tank from the black stone. (Thankfully there was that). Recommend that potentially another cleaning company that pays attention to ensuring amenities are delivered and offers the same service that the house offers.

Absolutely beautiful house, great location on the water. Back end of a cove so the water was nice and calm. And the communication with the owners was best I’ve ever had from a VRBO stay. Great People!

As great as the property looks online, the photos do not truly do it justice. The home, the location, the dock, the amenities, are all perfect! The house was clean, comfortable and very well stocked. I highly recommend this property. You will not be disappointed. We hope to make this an annual tradition.

Great On The Water Location

The location on the water was perfect for jet-skiing in and out of the cove. The house was nicely renovated and very accommodating! The owners were very responsive to any questions we had. It was a little more remote than we have stayed before, but it was quiet and relaxing for sure!

Fantastic stay in the Ozarks

Wonderful property in a fantastic location. The cove was perfect for swimming and the neighbors were very friendly. Property was well equipped and comfortable. Had absolutely everything we needed and more. Property owners were communicable and welcoming. Favorite house we’ve ever stayed at in the Ozarks, we will definitely be booking it for years to come.

Great Time

House was on narrow gravel road but plenty of parking. 15 min to Coffman beach public launch. Newly refurbished house. Very nicely decorated. Dock was nice. House back in calm cove made it easy to tie boat to dock with out worries of rough water.

Family vacation
