Relax and enjoy your refreshments on our large wrap around deck with beach, pool and sunset views. Gated and secure private beach access with 24 hour security throughout the building.
San Pancho's main street with great restaurants, cafes and shops is steps away. Exercise in the large open and airy workout room overlooking the pool. The condo offers 3,050 square feet of comfort with 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, high speed fiber optic internet, two equipped kitchens and wrap around deck overlooking pool with beach views, all steps away from the heart of San Pancho.
Nestled in one of the most beautiful and tranquil bays on Riviera Nayarit. San Pancho offers sun, sand and surf, cafes, restaurants & bars, turtles & whales, flora & jungle in a relaxing artisanal community environment. Experiences galore!
San Pancho’s main beach is a kilometer in length and boasts pristine white sand framed by lush jungle foliage, and is book-ended at each end by picturesque rocky points. The beach is lined with beautiful beach homes at the north end and a lagoon toward the south end teeming with tropical birds. At the end of the main street is the malecon, with local merchants selling their handicrafts. This leads to the beach, where several beach bars offer a shady spot to enjoy a leisurely lunch, or a seat to take in one of San Pancho’s legendary sunsets while enjoying a margarita with friends and family.
We are happy to assist you with a variety of activities such as whale watching, snorkeling, surfing, hiking, horseback riding and incredible fishing. We also have a renowned personal chef we can arrange to come and cook an incredible meal for up to 10 people in the condo.

We're world travelers with a love for great food, local culture and experiences. We love to mingle with the locals wherever we go. We find Mexico to meet our needs in every way with it's unlimited cuisine, amazing chef's, great weather, beautiful scenery, wonderful culture and people all very affordable compared to most other places we travelled. We are fortunate to have everything Mexico has to offer a short plane ride away from all major cities in North America.

We've been coming to Mexico for 25+ years. After learning our usual beach rental in Bucerias was sold we needed to find a new rental. We decided to go to San Pancho for the first time for brunch and watch a Polo Tournament at the La Patrona Polo Club. After the match we made a drive into San Pancho and noticed a new condominium model was open for preview. We wanted to see the model with the intention of possibly renting. We walked into the model and almost immediately decided we found a new home, not to rent, but to purchase! It was love at first sight. We love the all the amenities the condo has to offer. The area, the town, the beach, the people and the love and respect for the natural environment is captivating. This is an altogether different experience than other Mexico areas; more relaxed, fewer crowds, a real local experience with real culture on display everywhere. All the local shop and restaurant owners are very accommodating and incredible.
Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial
The thing we love most is the uniqueness of the San Pancho area and everything it has to offer. The great thing about this condo is it's unique layout with essentially three separate spaces that come together as one unit. The main unit offers two bedrooms and two bathrooms, living area, kitchen and wrap around deck. There is a "master bedroom" with it's own bathroom, deck with pool and beach views, refrigerator as well as an an area to relax in privacy. Then there is also another area that offers two bathrooms, two bedrooms; one we made into a den with pullout sleeper sofa, the other with a queen bed and deck overlooking the mountains and town. This unit also has another smaller kitchen with stovetop, sink, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster and all kitchen needs; a perfect arrangement for a second couple, or large family to spread out.
