So Much Space

We stayed here with 2 other families and it was perfect for our needs. So much space made it very comfortable. Easy walk into the two for restaurants and the pool was awesome

Wonderful property

This is a beautiful property. It sits on the beach with a fantastic view of the ocean. It is in walking distance to the town with any service you could need. The town is lovely with many great restaurant choices. The unit came with daily cleaning service which gives you the hotel experience without the crowd of the resort. We would definitely come back!

Signature Condo

The condo is amazing. There is no televisions upstairs, but a great media room on the floor below. The master suite is amazing. There are 2 other rooms with king beds with ocean views that share a balcony. Each room has its own en-suite bathroom, plus an additional half bath upstairs. Regarding the property - top shelf. Hard to find a better or larger pool with this view. Staff is superb, complex is impeccably clean. Looking forward to a repeat visit.

Gorgeous Penthouse Condo!

Think we might have been the first to stay at Mariette’s beautiful condo. Is was beautifully apportioned with high end furniture, art and fixtures. Two balcony’s overlooking the pool and ocean. We enjoyed the local town with the golf cart that was left for us down in the garage. Pool, hottub, and beach access was all perfect for our family. We’d love to come back and stay again. Thanks Mariette!!!

Gorgeous Property, Spectacular View, Fabulous Location

Everything about the condo is wonderful! It is very spacious. beautifully decorated, well-equipped and meticulously clean. Communication with the property manager was fast, accurate and reliable. The building's front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The pool is really nice too. I loved that the condo is walking distance to town with lots of great restaurants and shops. Within a 10 minute drive there is lots to do...spa at Four Seasons or Auberge, Zipline and other activities at Vista Paraiso. Sayulita is about 15-20 minute drive. Overall just great. We were a small group/family of 5 but the condo is suitable for a much larger group. There are 3 king bedrooms (the master is HUGE), One room with two queen beds, and a bunk room with two twin over full bunk beds. A couple of notes about the layout...the condo is on two floors. Upstairs is the kitchen and huge living/dining/bar area and the bunk room. Downstairs are the other 4 bedrooms and a TV lounge area. If you have a person who has trouble with stairs it would probably be easiest for them to be on the upper level in the bunk room. (Also families with young children may prefer for the kids to be on the same level as the parents...plenty of space for that but the bunk room is on a different level than the other bedrooms.Overall it's just a wonderful place. We loved our time there and hope to return!

BAD EXPERIENCE

not sure where to start--the condominium was beautiful and the view was awesome.the freezer side of refrigerator would not make ice and there was always frost on freezer side(believe there is a bad seal)--there was no cutting board to cut fruit and vegetables--the bar fridge did not seal properly--there we only 2 short knives and they were dull--pots and pans were a joke--it was like no one ever used the kitchen--no containers to store dips etc and leftovers----no colander to put frits and veggies to wash them---ceiling fan outside the master bedroom did not work--there was a watercooler in the kitchen but no new bottles(rented another condo in same building and they had water cooler and 4 -5 gallon containersthe worst part was that we had no hot watering the master bath shower--they sent someone out who tried to tell me the water was hot--it was lukewarm at best--the water in the sinks in master was very hot---they came back with a plumber and removed the mixing valve(which is what i thought the problem was) but to no avail---we started using the shower in the 4th bedroom and it lasted a day then same problem--bedrooms 2 and 3 had plenty of hot water--i never called the property manager after bedroom 4 shower failed as it was not going to get fixed--they must have had this problem before as they told me that the mixing valves were brand new--this unit was not worth the money

It is one of the largest penthouses in the area with high ceilings in the living areas, a palapa roof with a glass dome over the stairway. The pool facility is beyond compare. There is nothing like it in any other condo complex.
