Sun filled 2-bedroom steps away from the beach

Sunsets on the beach! Fall in love with the serene bay beach outside your door in this completely renovated and light filled house just a couple hundred feet from Maidstone Park Beach and Gardiner's Bay. Watch dazzling sunsets over the water in this bright and stylish home with water views from every room, gas fireplace, outdoor fire pit & outdoor shower. East Hampton Village is about 5 miles away. Please note that no parties and no pets are allowed.

Cheerful, sunny, renovated beach cottage with everything you need!

Two traditional bedrooms separated by the common area. Both bedrooms facing the bay side and fenced back yard. We like to set up our chairs and blankets in the morning and just leave our stuff there for the day. Stroll over with your morning coffee to start the day and watch the sun set with a glass of rosé. It’s hard to leave! The water is generally warmer on the bay side and ideal for swimming, kayaking and paddle boards. Little ones love the gentle surf but it is a bay beach so a bit rocky getting in—they may need water shoes.

We provide 2 adult size cruiser bikes to explore the neighborhood. You can walk over to Rita Cantina for dinner, and fabulous restaurants are in East Hampton Village, Amagansett and surrounding towns- all a short drive or Uber away.

There is ample parking on the property.

For any stays of 14 days or longer, our housekeeper will come to tidy up and do the towels and bed linens. She does not do guests’ laundry. If you would like to coordinate any additional housekeeping visits the cost is $150 per visit. Please let me know and I will be happy to coordinate.m

The beach house was adorable and in perfect condition filled with everything to make your vacation comfortable. Leah, the owner was very helpful with all questions. The backyard was also very comfortable to relax in. The house was a two min walk to the beach which was a great place to watch sunsets and relax on the beach. Loved our stay.

Wonderful beach cottage in a quiet neighbourhood

This was a late booking but we were super lucky to find this beach cottage on our dates. We had wonderful a long family weekend. The cottage is as advertised - clean, sparse, modern and fully functional. The patio and large backyard are excellent outdoor spaces. We did not use the grill, but maybe should have. We loved the location. It is two houses away from a quiet, west facing beach for glorious summer sunsets. Set in Springs, its in an unpretentious part of the Hamptons, yet East Hampton and Amangansett are easily accessible. Springs has its own charm. Smaller houses, cool new restaurants and bars and a warm neighbourhood. Rita Cantina and Si Si - newish restaurants are challenging legacy favourites. Springs Market and Damarks markets are easily lunch/breakfast options only minutes away. The host has made two bicycles available for guests. This js a big bonus - both for short runs to get food or longer fitness runs. We made full use of these newish, well maintained Trek bikes - one in size L and a M step through. We spent evenings on the beach. Its a pebbly beach and good for a dip but with small waves. A couple of miles away, Paddle Divas rents paddle boards launching into a bay/marina. House is well equipped with beach towels, beach chairs, coffee machine and the host was super helpful. There is only one bathroom, which was a bit of challenge with 4 adults, but we knew that while booking. In short, a wonderful, well located cottage. Easy hosts.

Amazing stay in a beautiful home! Near everything!

We stayed here for two weeks this July. The house was beautiful, light filled and in a great location just steps from the bay beach. The area is very quiet and private, the beach was not crowded. The house was comfortable and we felt at home as it was stocked with all of the basic necessities. The beds were comfortable, living area was spacious and the kitchen was perfect size. They even supplied us with beach towels, beach chairs and bicycles! We had so many peaceful days at the beach and were able to watch the most beautiful sunsets every night from the backyard or by going down the block to the beach. Leah was a great host and was quick to respond with any questions or needs that we had while we were there. We will definitely stay here again! Thank you for a great stay and nice escape!
