Welcome to this quaint Earlewood apartment, Unit-D! This 1 BR gives a cozy feel, making you feel at home while staying here. It is centrally located and 15 mins or less from almost everything! Located in DT Columbia’s historic community Earlewood. Minutes from DT, The Vista, Riverbanks Zoo, USC, Palmetto Hospitals, Township Auditorium, Colonial Life Arena, FT Jackson & all interstates. Blocks from Earlewood Park with walking trails, dog parks and a frisbee golf course.
This quaint apartment is designed studio style. There is a queen sized bed made with clean, comfortable sheets for you to get a good nights sleep on. There’s an end stand with a lamp furnished in this space for you to unwind and read a book before bed. A sofa and 50” SmartTV are located in this same space for you to watch your favorite TV shows or movies on. Located behind the sofa is a desk for any business that needs to get taken care of while your here visiting. Off this room is a small dining area space. There is a table with seating for 2 surrounded by large windows offering plenty of natural light. The Kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you will need to make a home cooked meal or for you to enjoy takeout from a local restaurant. There is a beautiful wooden countertop that has seating for 2, where you can enjoy a nice cup of coffee that is also provided for your pleasure. There is a washer and dryer located in the kitchen for you to wash all your laundry before heading home. The bathroom has a stunning tile work in the shower/tub combo. There is a single vanity for you to put all of your bathroom essentials away.

The maximum occupancy that is shown in the listing includes any and all visitors that will be at the home. Over-occupancy or unauthorized events will result in IMMEDIATE eviction without refund. Any guest who refuses to vacate when instructed will be treated as a trespasser.
No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy are allowed under any circumstances. Bookings made under false pretenses will be denied access with no refund.
You must be 25 years of age or older in order to book one of our homes.
While we ask a series of screening questions to all guests, local guests are subject to additional screening steps, including a phone call. We reserve the right to cancel any guest reservations at our discretion.
Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints and multiple violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.
No smoking or vaping inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $500 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio.
No illegal substances or activities on the premises.
Pets must be approved in advance. We charge a pet fee for up to 2 pets at all of our pet friendly locations. If there is evidence of any undisclosed pets in the home (pet friendly or non-pet friendly), you will be charged for cleaning + any additional damages.
If the property is left in an unusually dirty condition that requires deep cleaning beyond our standard turnover, an additional fee will be charged to cover the extra housekeeping costs.
Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost. This must be requested through your boarding pass, and we will approve / decline after reviewing our cleaning schedule.
Do not tamper with smoke detectors, security devices, or Wi-Fi equipment.
If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you.
