Anchors Aweigh is a beautiful, custom-built home designed for family getaways in South Haven. You’ll love the fabulous location just a couple blocks from South Beach and all the downtown shops and restaurants. You can even glimpse Lake Michigan from the front yard!



The cathedral ceilings, skylights and bay windows give the main level a bright and airy feel, with the kitchen opening into the living and dining areas. A master suite with king bed and ensuite bathroom on the main level, a bunk bedroom on the main level plus two bedrooms on the lower level means you can sleep multiple generations easily.



The lower level living area is vibrant and fun - a great hangout spot for popcorn and movies, a large table for games or eating, and there is plenty of seating. A fantastic selection of board games and books for all ages and skill levels await. Hop up to the counter for a quick game, huddle around the card table or pull a favorite title off the shelves to get cozy. You'll also find a second fridge, microwave and bar sink for the convenience of snacks, meal prep space or an easy place to start breakfast for the early birds while the others sleep in!



When you’re not at the beach (3 blocks away) or exploring town (4 blocks), you’ll enjoy the lake breezes in the outdoor spaces - choose from the classic front porch, a fully screened back porch right off the kitchen, or the cozy outdoor patio dining area.

This home is located in our breath-taking South Side Neighborhoods in South Haven. A peaceful, quiet community filled with people who all share one thing in common: A love for the beach and our home right off of Lake Michigan. The best part about staying in this area is that you're located in a quiet setting that's easily walkable to access some of the towns best features - The shops of downtown, views overlooking the lake, the countless beaches, and endless outdoor activities.



Getting Around:

This home is located within walking distance from virtually all of the best parts of South Haven - Downtown, the lake, and countless other outdoor activities. Accessing these sites has never been easier as you have the option to walk, ride a bike, or drive! If you do find yourself needing to drive a vehicle to travel to one of these destinations, our city provides numerous lots that are available for public parking. For the home itself, off street parking is available on the driveway to the left of the home, which comfortably can accommodate up to 4 vehicles.



Other Things to Note:

Pets are not permitted at this property - However Shores Vacation Rentals Manages countless other units that do allow you to bring your fur babies along for the ride!



All of the homes managed by Shores Vacation Rentals do NOT allow smoking on premises - Please do so at a designated location for smoking and discard of your materials responsibly.

We're available Monday - Thursday (9a - 4p), dedicated to helping guests with any questions they may have while they're planning their summer excursion to our area, and helping current guests get the most out of their experience with tips and tricks to help them live like locals while they're staying with us.



For our incoming guests:



Prior to your arrival you will receive all pertinent check-in information communicated via email and mobile SMS messaging. This will include all necessary information to access this luxurious home and make it your own, as well as a local destination guide with our personal recommendations on local eats and activities in the area.



We also provide an after hours emergency phone number to call in case an issue arises outside of our standard business hours. Additionally, we provide you with a mobile SMS number that you can text message to get a hold of one of our local area experts.
