NEW Southern Utah CASITA RETREAT apartment; including Private full-kitchen amenities, bedroom w/ new KING bed & private bathroom, as well as walk in closet. Great open living & dining space. Living room has a new large leather Sofa, with #1 rated fold-out comfortable mattress sleeper (sleeps 2). There is a full kitchen w/ large island & bar-seating plus table + chairs, so you can enjoy home prepared /cooked meals with full refrigerator and freezer as well as stove & oven. There are large as well as small appliances, ie. pancake griddle, coffee maker & free pods, hand-mixer, belgium waffle maker, etc. This Casita has a very comfortable hangout space in the living room plus balcony seating as well w/ incredible views; & the location can’t be beat!! Everything is conveniently located, from grocery stores to gas stations & car/ATV wash. It is only 5 minutes from Sand Hollow Reservoir, or Quail Hollow, as well as the renown red Sand Dunes, & Sand Hollow Golf Course; & only 22 miles from Zions National Park & only 11 miles from St George (Convention Center, Tuacahn Outdoor Amphitheater, Outlet Shopping, etc). Near great restaurants, movie theater, & lots of hikes & biking trails, as well as only10 miles from the St George Airport.

Sonaj was warm & welcoming. We got in after dark, the lights were all on for us, so we didn't have to navigate the stairs in the dark.The Casita was just the right size for the 2 of us. It was clean, the bed was comfy, and the kitchen was well equipped. The location is perfect for visiting Zions, and Bryce both are bucket list destinations. St. George is just a short drive away and has a lot of great little shops and museums to visit.Sonja provided many recommendations for dining out. This is a place I would stay again.Thank you, Sonja, for having this little gem in southern Utah.

Very Clean, Adorable little Casita. We loved sitting on the balcony having coffee and enjoying the mountain view. The location was centrally located to all of our activities. Ryan and Sonja were incredible host and were very approachable with any questions you may have. We would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful place

The casita was beautiful and very spacious. The only thing i would change is the living room furniture. It is very nice looking but not comfortable. Other than that, it was a great stay!

Quiet, convenient location

The place was nice and quiet and we were able to have a fine time in the area while staying there. The HVAC was a bit wonky - one unit only worked about 20% or less of the time and was a bit noisy. Also it very much didn’t feel like 1300 square feet - considerably less. Bedroom #2 is the living room.

Comfortable casita in great location!

This was our second time staying here and we got to meet our wonderful hosts. We love how quiet, clean and fully stocked this rental is each time we visit. They even have much appreciated snacks and a couple of water bottles, which is very thoughtful. Great location with lots of fun adventure options.

Great place to stay

We really enjoyed staying at the Casita Retreat. We loved where it was located. Also, that it was quiet and peaceful after a busy day. Sonja was a great host. Great place, great location

Very nice place to stay and we really liked the location. Everything was basically new. Air conditioner was a bit noisy but we just turned it off in the evening and it wasn't a problem with the cool nights. We would stay here again for sure.

Great place to stay!

We were in Hurricane for Trail Hero in Sand Hollow. This was a perfect location for the event. The space was nicely done, very spacious and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

RZR riding in the desert

Perfect space for us! Our friends, who all have RV's stayed at Sand Hollow, and this was very close. We were able to ride our RZR everywhere. The Casita was just perfect for us. Thank you.

Wonderful Casita

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sonja’s Casita. The Casita was in a beautiful neighborhood. It was stylishly decorated and had everything we needed. The bed was comfortable and the home was clean. We enjoyed the balcony on the front of the house. It is a Casita above the garage so you need to be able to climb stairs. Sonja made several good suggestions on things to do in the area and we checked out the Tuscan Amphitheater which was great. We were going to Zion every day and we were averaging a 45 minute drive. They were doing construction and so it might get better when it is completed. We would stay here again if we are ever in the area.

Absolutely Love This Place

My husband and I stayed in this apartment and we both absolutely loved it!!!! Conveniently located near stores, restaurants, and gas stations! Easy 30 minute drive to Zion and 2 hours from Bryce Canyon! The apartment was so well decorated! Very comfortable bed! Kitchen supplied with what we needed! The shower had awesome water pressure!!! Wonderful private balcony with a gorgeous view of the mountains!!! Just a great place to relax and enjoy the beauty!!

Great spot to visit Zion & Bryce Canyon from!

The drives to Bryce (2 hrs) & Zion (40 minutes) were beautiful to experience from the Casita. Bed was comfortable & kitchen worked well. There is a Walmart only a few miles away for supplies. Overall a great place to stay!

In town to watch our daughter in law run a 50k race.

We were in town for a few days to watch our daughter-in-law run a 50k race. Casita Retreat is an amazing place. Very clean and located in a very nice neighborhood. There is so much to do in the Hurricane area. Would definitely stay here again.

Southern Utah Casita

Very quiet and clean casita close to shopping, hiking, golfing. And of course near to amazing Zion National Park. Comfy bed and the kitchen is fully equipped. Thoroughly enjoyed my month in southern Utah.

Work retreat

A great place to stay whike in town for work. Close to the Event at Sand Hollow and the Hosts property was clean and quiet and would definitely stay again!

We've traveled the world and have always loved adventuring with our college age children. We love everything from boating, skiing, hiking, biking, playing pickleball & golfing. We've been married over two decades & have discovered that our travel time with each other as well as with our children is invaluable. Time flies by too fast, you have to embrace the moments and enjoy the beauty that surrounds us! :)

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

We purchased our Southern Utah property in 2020 because we love all that this area offers us, as far as outdoor adventuring. We love to boat in Sand Hollow Reservoir, any lakes really, but our favorite is Lake Powell. We really enjoy golfing the many amazing courses nearby our home in Hurricane as well as Salt Lake. We also have Razrs, side by side ATVs, and cant get enough of the Sand Hollow sand dune trails. One of our favorite evening activities is going to the breathtaking outdoor, world-renown Tuacahn Amphitheatre, surrounded by 1500 foot red rock cliffs. The musicals we have watched there have been top-notch!! Quite an experience. We also love exploring the outdoors hiking & biking, playing pickleball etc. The red sand is so unique and the red rocks are beautiful!!

One of the benefits of our property is that, not only is it only minutes away from golf courses, lakes and sand dunes, but also so close to Zions National Park, St. George Airport and all St. George activities. We chose Hurricane, Utah, because we wanted to be out of the congestion of the main city hub, & yet closer to all our favorite outdoor activities.
