Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: check-in a breeze- Office peeps were great. very accommodating- the place is on the older side with older appliances but everything was in working condition- clean,,,, the only thing is that with many boards and skiis there was no ski closet or place to put equipment- other than the living space... my only thought

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a nice condo at the base of the mountain. Easy parking. Provided amenities but you should bring supplies. Cabinets were filled with pots and pans but many were broken and unusable. Same is true with cooking utensils. Nice fireplace and very comfortable. 3rd bedroom is a closet with a bunk bed and drapes for privacy. It was perfect for the kids. Refrigerator and sink were leaking and 2 of the 4 stove burners were not working. Notified mgmt. and they were responsive. Close to all. Would stay here again.

Bring your cleaning supplies and toolbox!!!

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival we had to clean the entire place because it was super dirty and dusty from top to bottom. Heater was also not working properly and after notifying the manager it still didn't get fixed. For the price, it should be clean and everything working properly. We still had a great time but not happy with the presentation of this condo. Our friends also had the same problem with their condos that were in same location. Escape for All Seasons should consider hiring a new cleaning crew or do not charge a cleaning fee.

A stones throw away from Snow Summit!

This was a last minute booking and our first time using VRBO so we weren’t sure what to expect. Keeping in mind that this is someone’s home and not a 5 star resort I gave a rating of 5 stars. I also need to note that we didn’t spend much time here. We only slept here because we were visiting family. Pros - 1) you can’t get any closer to Snow Summit!!; 2) The perfect size for a family of 5; 3) Easy to find; 4) parking is plentiful and close to the unit; and 5) the decor is very cute. My cons might not be a problem for most people but worth noting 1) Not terrible but there were some stains on towels and linen - not the end of the world. Stains happen. 2) We didn’t need to use the kitchen because we spent most of our time at my families cabin but there was a knob missing from the stove and some sort of leak in the fridge (could have been condensation). 4) It smelled like cigarette smoke which we did not expect because it says no smoking in the listing. I would stay here again because none of these little issues are dealbreakers when considering this home is lived in. They were very accommodating to accept our last minute request. Thank you for sharing your home with us!
