Enjoy morning coffee on the covered porch, which offers a bistro table and views of the lagoon. After a day of exploring, unwind on the sofa and sofa bed in the welcoming living area, which also offers a 52-inch Roku TV. If you want to dine in, whip up delectable meals in the well-appointed kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances and plenty of counter space. When it's time to eat, perch at the bar or gather at the table.
Host an intimate cookout at the clubhouse, equipped with a grill, outdoor kitchen, and TV. Spend leisurely days by the shared unheated pool and hot tub that are open year-round. Other highlights include Palmetto Dunes Beach Club access, with a dune buggy pick-up just outside the home.

This home is above the garage, and the front door requires one flight of stairs to access.
There are no ground-floor bedrooms.
Please note E-bikes are not allowed.
The pool/ spa is closed for the season.
Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 2.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
