Situated between Fish Haul Park and Mitchelville Park, this 2BR/2BA condo is located at The Spa at Port Royal Sound. Enjoy morning coffee on the private screened-in balcony, whip up delicious dishes in the fully equipped kitchen, or simply kick back and watch one of three smart TVs. You'll also love the luxurious all-suite layout.

Additional on-site amenities include a hot tub, tennis courts, shuffleboard, basketball courts, picnic and grilling areas, and a playground.

LIVING AREA

Make yourself at home in the peaceful living area, which provides a queen-size sleeper sofa and a smart TV.

KITCHEN & DINING

Whip up favorite dishes in the kitchen, equipped with a full suite of appliances, ample counter space, and helpful cooking gadgets.

When it's time to dine, the table seats four to home-cooked meals.

BED & BATH

This unit sleeps six guests between two bedrooms and a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living area.

Sleep soundly in the primary suite, appointed with a king-size bed, a smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

The second suite is furnished with two twin-size beds and a smart TV. The en-suite bathroom is configured with a tub/shower combination.

Unwind with a beverage on the private screened-in balcony, with seating for four with views of the tennis court.

Boats, including kayaks and canoes, are not permitted on the property.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Nice location but could use improvement.
Really nice location. Close to the indoor pool and on the first floor. No big pots to cook things in, slow (like really slow) TVs. One of the twin beds was comfortable andhe other one was squeaky / old...which cause some issues when you have two kids who will then fight over which one gets the best bed. When we arrived one of the rooms was locked and it took 2 hours to get it unlocked... So dealing with their customer service wasn't great. Also there was no instructions upon entering the place. I didn't know where any of the amenities were on site wasn't sure what needed to be done for checkout, it would be nice to have like a piece of paper with some instructions.

Relaxing and Enjoyable
Loved our time in 3108. Great rooms, newly remodeled bathrooms, appliances were top notch. Loved the screened in porch. Loved being able to do my laundry before going back to a busy work week. I felt extremely safe on this property. Watching the sunrise on the sound is a memory I will never forget.

Substandard Conditions
This is not a condo to spend your money on to vacation in. The Spa itself had nice grounds and was close to the beach on the sound, but this particular unit is in dire need of maintenance and upgrades. The front door to the unit had a gap about an inch wide around most of the door while it was closed and locked! That is just one of many issues with this condo. I wish I could upload the many photos I took of the issues throughout this condo as a picture is truly worth a thousand words. I do not usually write reviews, but I felt a responsibility to bring this to light.

Affordable, safe, family friendly
Thank you for allowing us to stay in your location during our recent visit to Hilton Head. Having never been to the area, I was quite pleased to find such affordable and suitable lodging. With all the high-priced resorts close by, The Spa is tucked away at the northern tip of the island and has a security gate to add to your privacy and comfort during your stay. I would have liked to have been a little closer to the oceanfront beach, however, our apt was not too far to walk if wanted to. Thanks again!
