Just a few steps walk to both the boardwalk and the ocean from this lovely home! There's room for everyone in this three-story beach house with west-facing ocean views. Gas fireplaces are set on the second and third floors for warming up on overcast Oregon Coast mornings. Two living rooms and two full kitchens (each equipped with full-size appliances and cooking equipment) will ensure there's space for everyone. When it comes to entertainment, the lowest floor features a spacious game room with a foosball table perfect for late-night tournaments. The all-important private washer/dryer will make sure your towels and swimsuits are ready to go. At the end of a long day at the beach, enjoy a relaxing soak in the jetted tub. Better yet, grab a seat on one of the two decks - there's always fresh ocean air to enjoy here.

Bedrooms are spread out across all three floors at this home, allowing for everyone to enjoy their own space. Both bunk rooms are downstairs, perfect for younger guests who want to stick close to the game room.

Great location

We loved watching the waves from the 3rd floor living space, but I cannot recommend it for anyone with mobility issues. LOTS of steep stairs.

We brought a team to Seaside for the weekend and this property was perfect for a large team and several parents. Lots of space, great location.

Fantastic for a big group

This house had three floors, two kitchens, two seating areas with tvs, and three bathrooms, making it the perfect place for a multi-family get together. The view was fantastic. The location was unbeatable. I felt lucky to find this place!

Dated, but location and size worth it

The propery is definately seeing its age in some places, but for the location and the size of the property it was perfect for our group. From the 3rd floor I spent every morning watching the waves roll in and nice sunsets over the ocean!

Our annual Seaside family vaca

This house is super close to the beach. The most amazing views. Plenty of room for a huge family. 3 floors filled with bedrooms, bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 living spaces. Would I stay at this home again, yes. The kitchen is stocked basics, but weird part, no cleaners or kitchen towels to dry dishes. We found 1. House needs some updating but this was a weekend get away, not a week long stay, so it was great for us.

Family weekend

Our annual family weekend was planned for the ocean this year. We were all so excited to be together once again. Arrival and check in went well. The size of the home was great. We all had our own spaces which worked well for the families and small children. The lower level was perfect for our son’s family of 4 girls. We stayed in one of the second floor rooms. Our daughter and her young one stayed on the top floor room the single beds. It was nice for her to have quiet in the evening at bedtime. The kitchens were well stocked but need some updating on the cookware and appliances. Some updating throughout the whole house is also needed. The location to the beach is wonderful and the view refreshing. The neighborhood is a bit disappointing as it appears to have some homeless activity and the house next door is a mess.from a garage fire. Not the best ambiance at present . Overall it was a good stay because our family was together and ocean time is always the best. The kids had fun so that’s what matters the most.

Read before renting

The good news is this house is just a block from the prom and you can see the ocean from the windows on the 3rd floor. If you count your steps this is for you with 3 floors of steep stairs to walk up and down, the sheets and towels were clean. Good size for large families. The BAD news is this place is in need of serious attention. We are not picky nor expected a palace, we read the other reviews and knew it was not stellar but we liked the proximity to the prom so we went with it. HOWEVER - It was filthy, the carpet is disgusting and dirty and needs to be replaced , the walls are filthy, bathtubs were gross, whole house needs to be scrubbed and painted, under some of the beds left over stuff from someone else’s stay, many items don’t work (internet, cable, fireplace, garbage disposal), needs pest control for the ants in the house, we needed to clean and empty the vacuum of others dirt and hair in order to use it on the dirty carpet etc. Finally the neighborhood is very sketchy with lots of activity most of us don’t want our families to see, including individuals going through our garbage cans looking for treasures at all times of the day and night. I don’t like giving this poor review, I do feel bad and normally would let things go and chalk it up to experience but this was too much not to mention. As I want others to be aware if you are planning a family vacation and thinking of staying here. If these things were fixed it would be a good place to stay and you do get your steps in with 3 levels of stairs. We did reach out to Vacasa and told they would call back, we never got the call.

Great house for our family

Ocean View Manor was pretty much as described and worked almost perfectly for our family. The three levels let us spread out and allowed for down time and naps for the littles. Has a great beach view from the top floor and really was a short walk to the beach, which wasn't at all crowded (surprised me for Seaside)! We did have some problems with the internet working- but after a few calls and a couple days, a new modem was installed and then it worked okay. Never could get any of the TV's figured out but it wasn't really a big deal since we came for the beach, not for TV. A couple of suggestions for the owners: 1. It would have been nice to have enough silverware for the 15 of us that were in the home. Our first meal we were short forks...and luckily never needed that many spoons or knifes at once since they were even more scarce. Made for a lot of washing after each meal. 2. Also, one of the "bunk bed" room beds were a little challenging. The bottom was not an original to the bunk which had a large wooden frame, plus there was the metal bunk frame to climb over to get to the bed. All in a really tight space. Really difficult to navigate in the light of day- treacherous at night. If we had needed adults to use that space it would have been awful. Overall an awesome stay and the house definitely met our needs for 15 people. One added bonus was finding a BBQ grill on the top deck (since we'd been told the house didn't have a grill) and then having the propane tank appear on day two made for an easy dinner grilling! Lots of fun memories made- thanks for sharing your home~

Family Stay

Loved the size. 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens. Nice have 2 full sized fridges. Whole family (15 of us) and it was plenty big. Great location. Great WiFi. Report of bed bugs in the 2nd floor bedroom to the left of the bathroom. Only one of the 2 in the room received bites .. but still. Easy in and easy out. 10am checkout is a little early .. but we made it. 3 floors, top floor has a great picture window view of the ocean waves.
