Esta espaciosa casa nueva construida en 2005 se encuentra entre el Océano Pacífico en el frente y una hermosa tierra húmeda boscosa en la parte posterior con una vista de Tillamook Head.
Con casi 4000 pies cuadrados de área habitable y cubiertas, tendrá mucho espacio para todos. (hasta 12 adultos + niños menores de 5 años)
 Las habitaciones son muy grandes con una cama King o Queen. Y hay 2 guaridas con varias camas adicionales. No permitimos que se traiga ropa de cama exterior. Hay una amplia ropa de cama.

You’re paying for the view which is amazing. Furniture is old and out dated. Towels are mismatched and have seen better days. Kitchen needs a remodel. Only one TV works which is not great with kids. TV on the 3rd floor needs to be replaced.

Wonderful trip

Worked well for our family of twelve. Plenty of space. Smaller kitchen but worked ok. Great view…wonderful weather that weekend and many surfers right out the windows

Beautiful view, conveniently located

We stayed at Ron and Marcy’s over the weekend of Hood to Coast. It was a wonderful space to stay with plenty of room for everyone to spread out. Ron and Marcy were very responsive to any issues that came up. We’re looking forward to coming back next year.

Great property and even better location!

Many in my family have vacationed in Seaside for years, and this is the first time we have rented a house for the annual trip. We were not disappointed. The Property Owner was amazing to work with, and I have no complaints from that angle. The house was in a great location, close enough to the Promenade, etc. to walk if you would like, but far enough that traffic was extremely minimal. We had a great time watching pelicans dive all day out the main windows, and even my family members who live on the coast in Florence were amazed with the view. Highly recommend.

Nice Place

Overall good experience. Having to wash and dry all dishes and linens before checkout is a lot to ask. The floors weren’t particularly clean. Sleeps lots of people. Great location to beach and golf course. Views are wonderful! Well equipped kitchen. Huge rooms and bathrooms.

Roomy and Quiet

Loved staying at this property. It had plenty of space for our kids/grandkids and was a peaceful place to watch the ocean and catch up on sleep. Easy beach access was wonderful. I'd stay here again!

Seaside Family Reunion

Right from the get go the communication with the hosts was prompt and friendly. Walking into the front door made us feel like we were ready to relax and be with family. There was so much room for accommodations and to be together in one family room and kitchen. The view was amazing! Sitting there looking out the wonderful picture windows was so relaxing and serene. It was fun to watch surfers and fishermen do their thing. We would most definitely stay again!

Family Beach Trip

The house had more than enough rooms and beds for everyone as well as seating for mealtime. It was convenient the house had high chairs, baby gates, portable crib/playpen as well as electric outlet covers on the top floor. It made vacationing with 2 under 1.5 years old less stressful. The view is beautiful and can be seen from every floor. The beach is literally across the street. However, there are rocks that lead to the beach that can pose a problem to someone with mobility issues. Otherwise this part of the beach is perfect to see surfers and collect sand dollars.

Wonderful View

The home was lovely, with lots of available options for space and beds - real beds, not hide-a-beds or cots! We were in love with the view of the ocean, and thoroughly enjoyed watching the waves and the surfers. One member of our party was recovering from a serious illness, and found the experience to be very healing. The kitchen equipment was adequate, but not impressive. I would definitely suggest bringing your own knives if you plan to do much cooking. I am not sure why, but the communication with the property manager was difficult, like our e-mails did not connect. I gave her every contact method I have and it finally worked out. All in all it was a great experience. (My brother chose another property and was jealous of our accommodations!)

Down by the Sea

Great communication from start to finish. We’re a family that travel to seaside each summer for 50 years. Our parents started the tradition and now my siblings and i All book and stay to carry on a wonderful tradition. This little cove is spectacular, waking to watch the surfers and ending our day with a magnificent sunset. Everything was great! Marcy and Ron are wonderful hosts🌟

50th Anniversary trip to Seaside!

My parents, siblings, and I live in Washington state, Indiana, and Kentucky, but we wanted to be together to celebrate my parents’ 50th wedding anniversary. We also needed plenty of space to sleep, cook, eat, hang out, and play, with seven kids ranging in age from 19 to 4, and eight adults. A big group! Ron and Marcy’s property met all of our needs and more. We could all eat and visit together at dinner time. The teenagers could hang out on the 3rd floor, and the adults could take in the spectacular view on the 2nd. Plenty of bathrooms, linens, and dishes. We’ve stayed at other cabins together before, but this one was just perfect. Ron and Marcy were great about answering my questions. The beach in the cove is not as busy as on the main drag, the downtown is within the walking distance, and you can make a fires on the beach in the evening for s’mores. Overall, we think the property is a gem and would love to make another trip to Seaside in the future. Thank you, Ron and Marcy!

Better than expected

This house was amazing! There is so much room for everyone and the house is so well stocked with anything we could possibly need. The views and access to the beach were our favorite part. The only complaint that anyone had was that a couple of the beds were not comfortable.

Sibling vacation

The rooms in the house were even bigger than we expected and the location was perfect! Not only did we have a great view of the ocean and surfers, but behind us we had forests and mountains. We enjoyed early morning walks through the neighborhood seeing deer, and beautiful homes and gardens. Will definitely recommend this home!

Owner cares about your stay

The owner lives down the street and sent us a text one evening when she saw whales breaching so we could look out the windows and see, too. It was cool to see the whales and thoughtful of her to let us know.

We are longtime residents of the Seaside area, and have designed and built many of the homes here. Ron was a contractor here and is now retired, and Marcy has a State Farm Insurance office in nearby Warrenton. We live a few doors down, and love the easygoing 'Cove' style of living.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

Located in Seaside, both #68490 & #148425 are unique, and have the best view on the Oregon Coast. It faces Northwest, and has a view of the surf coming in at an angle. You can watch surfers come all the way across the front of the house. You have to see it to believe it! The Pictures don't do it Justice!
It is also out of the noise and confusion of the down town area, but only a short walk to the south end of the prom, and is much closer to the surf than any of the houses on the Prom.

When you arrive, the beds are made, the towels are out, and there is a complementary supply of paper products and soaps. The only thing you have to do is unpack and stock the kitchen! If there is anything you need prior to your stay, just let us know and we will do out best to acquire it for you.
We do not allow pets , or smoking and use allergen free cleaning materials to cater to people with allergies or who are sensitive to chemicals and odors. (If you travel with a service animal we can recommend a pet friendly house nearby.
