Perfect monthly rental if you moving to the area, building a home or traveling professionally.

Charming 2 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom fully furnished townhome in the quite, safe Promenade at River Landing. Close to Redstone Arsenal Gate 7, airport, Town Madison and I-565. Tons of amenities including a pool, fitness center and basketball court. This property is 5 minutes to the Arsenal Gate 7, grocery store and restaurants. It’s less than 10 minutes to the all new Town Madison and Toyota Field!

This two story, open floor plan boasts a spacious living space with hardwood flooring throughout and fresh coat of painting and furnishings. As you walk into the home you enter the living room flowing into the dining room and a fully stocked kitchen. There is also a half bathroom and laundry room with washer and dryer on the main level. The living room has a 50 inch smart TV.

On the second floor you'll find two master suites each with its own smart tv (one queen and one king) with beautiful furnishings. Rooms are stocked with plenty of sheets, towels and bathroom amenities. Both bedrooms have walk-in closets, each with their own private shower/bathtub combination bathroom.

Enjoy your private outdoor courtyard with a outdoor table and seating that lies between the home and private 2 car garage!

Many community amenities are included such as a Fitness center, Tennis court, Pickle Ball court, and basketball court.

Beautiful home with all the comfort of home!

We came in for a baseball tournament and this was a wonderful place to stay. It was a beautifully decorated, great use of space and very comfortable after a long hot day! We were only there for two nights but was able to enjoy the pool one evening and it was fantastic, and the kids enjoyed the tennis courts. There is a great playground as well but our teens are past that. The only downside for us is it all closes at 8:00 so we weren’t able to use it as much as we would’ve liked (so just plan for that). The beds were comfortable, and the bedding and bathroom towels were quality not the cheap kind we usually encounter so that was a nice touch. My only suggestion is to add a sofa bed since it’s only two bedrooms and that would have made it perfect for our family of five. This, however, would not deter us from staying there again because it provided all the comforts of home. We would definitely come back anytime!

Best vacation ever!

From the time we arrived until the time we left, this place was so very comfortable. The owner supplies loads of extras that are not included in the ad. Deodorant, cleaners, Tupperware, baggies. All kinds of things that you normally would buy or bring with you. The beds and pillows were amazing and I will definitely return!

Super Chique

Perfect little getaway townhouse only 15 minutes from downtown Huntsville! We had a lot going on over 3 days with a friend's Destination Wedding and it was nice to come back each evening to the finer comforts of home. Everything was clean, nice, and with higher quality and care than any AB&B we've stayed at. Highly recommend!!

Great spot!

This is a great home! Great location with easy access to just about anything in the Huntsville/Madison area. We really enjoyed Town Madison and catching a Rocket City Trash Panda game. The pool area is quiet and relaxing. Check-in was a breeze and Suzanne checked in to make sure we had everything we needed.

What a beautiful property!

We arrived on the 4th of June for an extended stay while we searched for a new home. After a few long days on the road, the townhouse seemed like an oasis as we drove in. The grounds were really nice and after pulling into our garage, we entered the townhouse through the private courtyard. Wow! Suzanne went above and beyond to make sure her guests are comfortable. The furniture is really nice and the kitchen is very well stocked for those who enjoy cooking while away from home. The beds have lovely spreads and pillows and the bathrooms have plush towels to make you feel very pampered. Having a washer and dryer was such a great bonus as not all properties have them. Suzanne was an excellent host as she was always available should we need something. This was a great experience for us!
