Comfortable house with nice private rooms for sleeping. Well stocked kitchen and nice viewing area to watch the large screen tv.

The property was fine for sleeping and having a quick easy breakfast the couch in the living room was very uncomfortable and I rarely watch TV in there the bed was okay but it had a mattress topper on it to make it softer a lot of noise from the street behind the house the property was okay I slept well but I really didn't want it spend extra time there the furniture in the backyard was not nice dirty and uncomfortable so I didn't want to spend time in the backyard either

Beautiful home!!! Very spacious for the 3 of us. Nice and quiet neighborhood. 8 minute drive to every shop/store your heart desires. We enjoyed our stay. If I have a similar event some time down thr road, I hope this place will be avaliable because im booking it guarantee! Oh and 1 more thing, its the small thing. Appreciate how after a long, hottt day, it was nice to check in and the house was nice and cool. AC was on and it felt like paradise lol. Thank You!!!!!!!!!!

Read carefully: listing states, "4 Bedrooms (sleeps12)". This is misleading, as you will be charged 35 per extra guest over TWO persons! The listing fine print also stated, " Max Occupancy: 4". I booked for four, and got charged 70 extra guest fee. I communicated with the host immediately after seeing my Booking Details charges; no response. I again questioned the extra charges upon check-out, to which the host replied he would refund 50% of the Extra Guest Charge. I should not have been charged any Extra Guest Fee, as I was within his Max Occupancy of Four.The house was clean, well-stocked. Entry was easy. Neighborhood quiet. Bed mattresses were comfy. Upon leaving, I stripped the bedsheets and pillowcases. However, that revealed old, stained pillows that are in dire need of replacing.

House was not ready when trying to check in at 4pm. Looks like the previous reservations left a mess.House was acceptable, but following need attention:1. Master bedroom - sheets and pillow were smelly of mildew.2. Master bath - show stalls had pink mildew build up and black mold spots at lower portion of show door.3. Downstair bedroom - sheets and pillow were smelly of mildew.4. Washer - detergent receiving funnel was very dirtyPerson cleaning up unit prior to our move in was nice and courteous, host gave me 30 credit for late check in.

This house is spacious and conveniently located. We appreciated that a pack and play was included. I'm not sure how often the property is updated--the check out time listed on the handout in the living room did not match the one in the app. When I messaged the host to ask about a pack and play a few months before the booking, he quickly responded in the affirmative (which was awesome and so helpful!), but when I messaged to ask about possible early check in, I never received a response and did not get a response to my message notifying the host that we were checking out. Lastly, the bathtub in one of the upstairs bathrooms wasn't fully clean, and there were burn holes in a comforter in one room and in the sheets in another. Overall, we appreciated the space, but feel that improvements could be made.

Easy short stay

We just needed a place to land for the night. It was perfect for that. We didn't cook or eat there so we can't fully review the accommodations. We had a little trouble with the code, but the host addressed the issue quickly so we could access the home.

Overall very nice but the sofa in the living room was very uncomfortable and the only place to sit. Having glass tables was concerning in dining and living room and it would be a safe environment for children if there were outlet plug covers. The location and home is great and if it hadn’t been raining having the patio and fire pit in back yard are great.

Simpson Plumbing truly appreciates the option to have our out of town plumbers have a comfortable place to come back to at the end of the day. They work hard and it is nice to come home to a home away from home! We hope to stay here on the next phase of our project.

Family Thanksgiving in Tumwater

The house is beautiful and the host responded to all my questions quickly. We loved the quiet neighborhood and the hone has tons of games available to play while visiting. We will definitely stay here again when in the area!

Great Stay for Family with AC!
